First time visiting and they have some Really cute and different shoes! Love the boots I purchased and can’t wait to wear them, but I would have to agree with the 2 comments regarding being invisible. There was a very weird vibe of not being truly welcomed. I would definitely correct this. It’s 2020 and you will miss out on a lot of business because of this. Or maybe it was just a very bad customer service day. Not sure. I would have definitely spent more money if someone offered to assist me but maybe that’s a good thing that no one did haha

The Invisible Woman
I wanted to leave a 'no star' review, but had to leave a 1 star review to get the 'Post' option. I have been to the store a few times and have never been acknowledged. Like the other reviewer said, the employees on the floor were chatting with 'real customers.' The cashier got the shoes I wanted to try, albeit begrudgingly. I can buy shoes online at better prices and when I have to speak with customer service, they at least act like they appreciate my patronage. I guess the owner doesn't condone the employees 'couldn't be bothered' attitude. However, it is comical that minimum wage employees that SELL shoes are such snobs.

I bought a pair of Toms for my girlfriend for Christmas, the shoes had a defect and Ashley handled the whole situation via email with superb communication. After Toms approved, we came to exchange the shoes, they did not have the one she wanted in stock so they offered to ship it to my gf when it came in and they did at their own expense. This company knows service and we will always be customers because of this quality experience.

My most comfy black summer sandals came from here 2 years ago. They are still in awesome shape and my favorites - I can't believe the quality. My hubby went in a couple months ago and the ladies helped him pick out my birthday present 🙂 Love it!!!

Cute store, but I doubt if I'll ever go back. When I walked in, I was greeted by 1 of maybe 4 employees. There were two ladies standing by the door talking, I thought they were both customers because no one spoke, but later found out that one was an employee because right after I walked in, two other ladies walked in & she immediately greeted them. I looked around & still no one asked if they could help me with anything. After that, I started to leave but I had found what I was really looking for. I found the shoe I was looking for and waited for someone at the counter to help me while other customers walked in front of me. The lady that was originally at the door talking saw me waiting & didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything but proceeded to help the other ladies that came in after me. An employee at the register finally helped me and checked me out. Like I said, it's a nice little store but I didn't feel comfortable or felt like I was treated fairly.

Fabulous treasure of a store in Macon, GA. Every pair of shoes, sandals and boots I have bought from Head Over Heels has brought compliments! I had a lady chase me down in Palm Springs and ask where I bought my sandals!!
