I highly recommend this florist. Vicky created a beautiful bouquet for my sister's birthday. I looked up local florists after I couldn't find anyone to deliver to my sister's address. Vicky put my mind at ease and assured me she would do something pretty for my sister and be able to deliver them. I wanted to put a smile on my sister's face with flowers for her birthday and to cheer her up as she will be having heart surgery soon. Vicky was so sweet and she created a beautiful arrangement. My sister loved them and said the flowers looked fresh picked. They were so beautiful. Thank you so much Vicky.

Looked and looked trying to figure out how to order online….then saw a review that said they do things the old fashion way. Called their number and it couldnt have been any easier! I would give 6 stars if I could as Heaven's Design Floral was amazing! I placed an order for flowers for my mom at 9:30 am & they were delivered by 10:50 am! The arrangement was just what I asked for...a mixture of fall colors with my mom's favorite color (pink) subtly mixed in. When I called & asked if I could go online to order, I was told, "We do things the old-fashioned way" which meant I was able to order over the phone which I was all good with. It was nice to talk to an actual person & be treated like a valued customer. Definitely recommend Heaven's & will use again.

I thought I was ordering flowers locally for a funeral but realized in the middle of the call that I wasn't. I went ahead and placed the order, giving my phone and email address. This was 2 days before the funeral. I never received a call, or if I did they didn't leave a voice mail. Apparently they sent an email the day before which I didn't see. Checked my email about 2 hours before the visitation only to see the florist had canceled my order because it wasn't all available. Again, no call. I went online and found Heaven's Designs and called in a panic thinking there was no way they could do anything. The lady said they were loading the truck, but she could do a plantar with an angel. It turned out so nice and they really saved the day! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue!

I ordered flower's for my Mom for Mother's day. They were very pretty. They just delivered them on the the wrong day. It wouldn't be such a big deal. But I can't be with my Mom on Mother's day. I just wish they would have been delivered on Friday. Oh well they are still lovely flower's.

I called to place an order and Vicky complained about me calling to place an order as they could not commit to anything. I asked about a delivery time and again they complained and could not commit. I then politely explained they must not need the business and said goodbye. A minute later a received a voicemail from Vicky in the nastiest tone stating not to call there again (what business does that to a paying customer who wants to place an order)? Don’t worry, I will never call your business again and I have never experienced worse customer service in my life! If there was a zero star that is how I would rate my experience. I’m all for supporting small business and community but I do not support the horrible treatment I just experienced.

Also I never taken time to rate a business poorly but this warrants it!
