Was pleasantly surprised with my shopping experience with Hello Boutique. I had purchased a pair of Equestrian pants in a boutique in Florida and was looking for another color. Not a brand that is carried by many stores but found it at Hello Boutique. Delivery was fast. The pants are of great quality, great fit, and exactly what I wanted.

Fabulous clothing and the most amazing customer service you can imagine! I live in California and purchase the majority of my new clothing from Hello Boutique. The quality of the clothing is second to none and I rarely am disappointed or need to return items; however, if I do have to return something, the customer service is second to none. Another wonderful feature when buying online is the ability to actually call or email and get feedback on fit, fabric, styling before I make a purchase. This is a huge plus in my opinion. No robot chats or AI. Real humans who are eager to assist visitors to the website. I cannot say enough good things about this store!

I am very pleased with the entire Hello Boutique experience! I ordered the same Sympli pants from another online company, only to have it cancelled hours later because they actually didn't have the clothing. Started my search again...found Hello Boutique in CT (I live in Oregon), ordered with fingers crossed and SUCCESS! Pants arrived as promised by the multiple email shipping notices I received. I have been buying on-line from Hello Boutique for many years. Recently, I discovered a couple of months after I had purchased a linen blouse that it was very much too large for me. I assumed that they would not take it back for an exchange since so much time had passed, but they did! They had to special order the one size smaller, since they were out of that size, and I received it very quickly. And the smaller size fit perfectly. I am very happy with their service.
