My favorite place to shop for my kids and the first place that I go when I need a gift for someone! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The sweet girl who was working the last time I was in even sat on the floor and colored with my daughter so I could finish shopping! I look forward to stopping in here and I love that I can find a lot of matching outfits for my baby and toddler in both stores.

WOW! This is just the CUTEST boutique ever! The owners are the sweetest and go above and beyond to help you pick out the perfect gift or outfit for your littles. They even wrapped the gifts for me! From the soft music to the adorable baby powder smell, every little detail is truly magical, I could spend hours in there. I recently moved away from the Indy area but am SO thankful I can still shop on their website with very quick shipping. I don’t go anywhere else for things baby and child - I know I will always find the best quality items here. So happy to have found my go-to place!

It’s conveniently located in the downtown Carmel area and has such a sense of peace and calm the moment you walk in the door. I so bummed. I delivered yesterday and sent my mom to find the perfect outfit for our sweet baby girl. We didnt know if we were having a boy or a girl. My mom said she walked into the store and the worker didn’t say hi, wasn’t helpful, and felt like Julia Robert’s in pretty women- “big mistake. Huge.” What was suppose to be a fun shopping trip for Nana turned into I guess I’ll go to Nordstroms tomorrow. Very disappointed.

Absolutely AWFUL experience with this store. I purchased something using Apple Pay and the store double charged me. They then said they did not even though i could see on my phone right there in real-time that I had two duplicative charges on my card. The owner said, "sorry can't help you because I only see one charge on my side so swipe your card again and it will fix itself". I said "so you want me to pay twice?" IT WAS INSANE. She literally would not read the evidence which said my card had been charged twice. I went home and called my credit card company who CONFIRMED I was charged twice by the store and who said they would dispute the charge (they were amazing and so helpful and so sorry about the way I had been treated). This store is terrible- please go shop somewhere that has more heart for their customers to literally listen to them when they are showing evidence of how they were charged twice. I am still baffled what just happened and never in my life can imagine a store just charging someone twice for something like that and saying well I only see it once in my system so sorry for you!

Also, I have never in my life posted a review for anything. The experience was SO poor it led me to write a review so I could share with all of you because I absolutely do not want anyone else to be treated this way EVER. No one should ever treat a customer the way I was treated. I should also mention I had to sit there for 20 minutes while she worked to double charge me. I continued to say I was extremely busy and needed to get going to get to a call. NO respect for that or my time either. It was all totally insane. I am floored. I would post the image of my double charge to the review but do not want to share my credit card information but boy it is clear as day and then having the credit card company confirm... Just terrible. I wish i could give negative stars.
