Have been dealing with these guys for years. I've never had any bad experience with customer service, any product I've purchased from Pinball machines to hotubs. Seems to me like competitors have left malicious reviews, because of this company being No.1 for years on end. Great people and great enviroment!!! I'm a customer for life.

I purchased what was to be a new custom built swim spa. Home & Rec delivered a used spa with damages panels and leaking plumbing. They have not honored the warranty, They claim it came from the manufacturer with refurbished panels, They claim they have received new panels from manufacturer to replace the panels with holes filled with putty. They have not responded to my calls concerning the warranty repairs for leaks. The Manufacturer claims they did not send the tub with holes in panel but have sent to merchant replacement panels. Manufacturer - Aspen Spas- will only stand behind the warranty for parts and will not refer me to another responsive dealer to service warranty.
It is what it is. I see you did not address the wood putty filled holes in the "new tub" and the scratched up base. Or the fact that Aspen sent you replacement panels for the panels with the putty filled holes on the "new tub". Or the fact that your owner Pam told me that the tub was not new. It was a 10 month old demo tub that goes in an out to expos!! I simply addressed the being black and how I drew that lucky straw to receive the "new tub" when you told me that you had sold several tubs since my original inquiry about purchasing the tub. You told me the manufacturer sent the tub like that, the manufacturer said they did not send it like that yet they sent you new panels to replace the panels with the putty filled holes all the way around the tub. They asked me if you have replaced them, I guess I can tell them no, you are making the excuse of being called a racist not to replace the used panel or repair the leaky tub you place in my yard as new. Any ole excuse will do.

These people have no clue and terrible customer service by Marcie. When you ask a question she hangs up rudely. No knowledge of the product they sell like the Egg and current discount and model. In addiiton when you ask to speak to another representative she hangs up or puts you on hold. Went to the store to talk to someone and same attitude and terrible service to customers. Avoid this place

I had them come out to repair my Hot tub that I purchased from them in the past. It was picked up in September of 2023 and the repair has yet to be completed. During these months I have come in to the store multiple times to inquire about my repairs only to be told I will be called back with an update and no one ever reaches out. Very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service or lack there of.

I’ve been attempting to get information on a pool package only for the sales lady to have no idea what pump even comes with it. My husband called and told them we were ready to buy today or tomorrow and she didn’t seem like she cared at all. We were ready to buy and now they’ve missed out on a sale.

Avoid this place!!!!!!Horrible service and even if you try to work with them to purchase something it looks like their team of sales professional katie campbell does not care!!Instead she has time to review her own store with 5 star review on google-Just look at the positive reviews its all done by their employees but actual customers have negative reviews. Just a SCAM!!!!!!

Do not shop Home and Recreation is the worst. We've had our hot tub for over 2 months and I've been in it once its has not be operational since we had it. and they dont care its brand new and broken first it was the touch screen that took them two weeks to replace now its wont heat we been wanting for about a month for them to fix this issue. If you been to this store its never pack and they wont answer the phone.
