We spent the night in Prescott and were happy we invested a bit more in a downtown, Whiskey Row hotel versus a cheaper one with a drive. The location is absolutely perfect for roaming Whiskey Row, imbibing in adult beverages, and safely and quickly returning to the hotel.

The hotel is old but updated nicely. It does have an elevator- one of the oldest around. It still works and we relied on it to get up to the room, but did take the stairs down to avoid the wait. The hotel also has a guest bar with groups of comfortable seating for good conversation.

The room was very Western themed, but not obnoxiously so. The bed was comfortable and small bathroom was clean and functional.

The staff is phenomenal. They seemed to enjoy interacting with customers and aren't 'fake nice' - they're actually really relatable, helpful folks who take pride in their hotel and in providing a good guest experience!

We look forward to staying there again!

This is a really cool place!
Just stayed for one night and our floor was partially under construction, so it was a bit of a mess. But the vibe was super cool. Staff were all professional and friendly. While I was enjoying tea in the lobby, a lady at the desk answered my questions about the hotel's history and gave me some info to read.
The rooms are quaint and cozy. The downstairs spaces are airy and comfortable.
*Note: I can speak to value/price, as the room was paid for by family members.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The new speakeasy was very fun and beautiful! The proximity to stores, restaurants and bars was a highlight. There is even a bakery right below. Anything you need is in walking distance!||||We had a room with two separate bedrooms, two queen beds. The beds were comfortable and each room had it's own wall unit for AC/heat. I do wish there were refrigerators but we brought a cooler and all was good!

We had a wonderful renovated room on the third floor. No problems with the elevator. Renovations are ongoing so things will get even better.
Staff were all great, from reception to bar. Location can't be beat, right there on Whiskey Row. We stayed over a busy weekend and had no noise issues. The attached Bistro has a good menu and good food, although there are plenty of other dining options nearby.
All in all a good place to stay, and a change from corporate bland.
