I've purchased a few pairs of red wing boot from Hudson's now and have always had a great experience with sales and service.
Today I stopped in with concerns regarding ware on a pair of my boots. They exchanged them out for a new pair with out hesitation. So nice to have a business stand behind there merchandise with out having to go to battle.
I highly recommend doing business here.

Great staff and great selection of boots and shoes. I have large feet (size 13 or 14 depending on brand of shoe) and have always had a hard time finding good shoes that fit and will last. The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the right work boots for me and the store carried my size in most of their selection. It was the nicest and easiest shoe shopping experience I have had.

Amazing selection and variety. That back closet is magical, I guess! I have very difficult feet to fit but I’m always able to find multiple options to try on for purchase or special order.
The staff is awesome as well, and always willing to help find the perfect choice or gift.

I have completely flat feet and went in a few months ago not expecting much. The lady that greeted me ( I forget her name) was extremely knowledgeable and gave me several selections. I didn't even touch the shoe, as they put it on your foot and tie it. Customer service is very important to me and they hit high notes in every category. I will be going here from now on.
