This store is very spacious and I love the little yellow bird upfront. Its nicely organized...But staff is typical... no respect for the community they serve. On the phone when u try to check out or ask for help. Don't help. And over charge for milkyway hair.

This is the only beauty supply store that I go to....they had ran out of a certain product that I use from there .... and they immediately ordered it and got it back in stock right away for me ... they are kind and very helpful fully recommend this store

I really don't appreciate being profiled and followed around a store when I walk in. I've only had this issue at the Olive Street location. I visit the McKinley location more often and don't have this issue and they treat me with respect over there. And that's all I have to say.

I had a pleasant experience at Hunts. I was trying to purchase braiding hair, for the first time. The associate allowed me to browse a minute, but I guess I looked confused because he nicely approached me and asked if I needed help. He showed me the options that suited my needs and went back to the front. I appreciated that...no helicoptering. The prices were reasonable.

They are very friendly in this beauty supply. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5 stars⭐️is that it is difficult to see everything in the store its just stuff on top of stuff on top of MORE stuff. It's sensory overload. I guess that's how they make you buy more than you need to. 😆 They aren't trying to make it look nice and neat, it is what it is!

I am very disappointed to not be able to go back to this location. The new lady working in the back is very toxic for this stores business. My mother went in the store yesterday and the lady treated her so bad and proceeded to talk about my mom to the man who is either her boss or co-worker. I tried to call and talk with the manager about her behavior but no one ever answered the phone, which is odd for a business!!!!! It's obvious the lady doesn't like her job and with her attitude she is probably at the highest level of a job that she can get. With that being said, I told my mother not to go back to this store!!!! Luckily there are other beauty supply stores in or near the area who does have a professional staff!
