Brandon showed up & worked in the - temps working hard for hrs. Never complained once about the bitter!! Cold. He had to replace more than anticipated, on our old hot tub. He was fast efficient & very knowledgeable about the business. He had to swap out a lot of the older parts to make the make the new parts work. He was a very pleasant & friendly fair priced man. I definitely would recommend this company & recommend him anytime. And definitely would use this Honest company & Honest man again. If you Want professionalism a positive work Ethic Honest & fair prices. Call this company. The other main company in the area of Terre Haute never even called us back until days later after Brandon & his company came to our rescue. Hubby is a disabled veteran & needs this heat for shoulder therapy so no pain meds are required. So, yes it was an urgent fix needed with a company that came out the next day. Thank you Hydro-therapy for helping my hubby. Honest ppl & Honest companies are hard to come by these days!! God Bless them & their Business🙌🙌

We own a spa, which is getting a little old. We’ve had a couple of occasions to deal with this business. The first was with Justin who came out and sweated away on a very hot day. No complaints at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and got us back up and running. He gave me several tips for how to operate the spa in the future. I’m not easily impressed but Justin impressed me. Recently we were about to leave on an extended trip and the spa started acting up. I called hoping Justin would be available but they sent out Branden. Of coarse this time it was bitterly cold. Branden was equally qualified and patient. No fun getting water all over you in the middle of the winter. Branden checked everything and found the problem. He also found and went to a lot of trouble to fix a couple of problems I didn’t know I had. I had broken fittings and leaking gaskets which he repaired. He was in the area a week later and stopped by to make sure everything’s was still shipshape. Very impressed with with him too. It’s a comfort to know this business and these two technicians are available in my area.

What an exciting surprise to learn that there is a company in this town that values honesty, integrity, and customer service/retaining clients. After an ongoing terrible experience with.a.popular competitor I was lost on balancing the chemistry of my unit and determined not to give any more $ to rude or sketchy.scam artists. ..Hydro hot tubs came to my rescue and did a house call the very next day. Thank you Justln! He braved sub zero Temps to get me back on track and patiently explained why I should switch from a salt water system. He was genuine and a babe tbh and didnt even judge my mess or crazy dogs. Spa fixed,$ saved, stress remedied and yall just got a loyal customer:) good job yall! These other fools should be embarrassed, shame on them. Yahearme Hautians look no further for your hot tub healing assistance & supplies xo 10/10

I own an Airbnb with a hot tub in Terre Haute. I got a call from a guest saying the hot tub was cloudy. Even on a Saturday, I reached out to Justin to let him know what was going on. Within two hours his maintenance tech Brandon was at my house to fix the water for my guests! The customer service and care could not get any better than these folks.
