I never really write reviews on anything, but I had to take the time to brag on Susan from I Do- without her, this experience wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was. She listened to everything I liked and disliked. I was very nervous to try on dresses, and for the experience as a whole, but thanks to Susan, this is will be one of my favorite bridal memories.
If this is your first time trying on dresses and you’re not sure where to start, I 1000% recommend I Do. The atmosphere, the people, the selection of dress, everything was just 100/10! I can’t thank them enough for helping me find the dress of my dreams today! 🤍👰🏼‍♀️

Couldn’t have had a better time! Amber was so sweet and helpful. The environment is so cozy and welcoming, small town feel with the most intentional people. Tried on so many dresses and found the one. Couldn’t be more excited that I found it at I DO!

I am still on cloud 9 after finding my dream dress yesterday. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Susan took the best care of us, she was so personable, made me feel great about my body, and found me my absolute DREAM dress. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they had some great sales going on. If you’re thinking about coming to this bridal boutique, DO IT!! You will not regret it.

Where do I even start - this beautiful local shop is simply wonderful. Susan, the owner, worked with my daughter to find literally the perfect dress of her dreams. She was so considerate of our budget, gave my daughter privacy during changing, made wonderful suggestions and guided us through the entire process. She has an outstanding seamstress to do all the alterations within a timely manner. Susan's wedding dress selection has something for everyone - from discontinued to brand new off the runway! My daughter's Maid of Honor even found her dress on the $50 discontinued rack! Come in a customer, go out feeling like family!

My experience at I Do was absolutely wonderful! It was the first place I had ever gone dress shopping and Susan was so welcoming and friendly. She wanted to know my story and get to know me. My mom and I instantly felt like friends and family with the staff there. She worked within my budget, gave me privacy while changing which was so considerate, and within 4 dresses we found the one!
Can't say enough great things about I Do. Would definitely recommend it to anyone getting married. So, if you're looking for a bridal boutique where you'll be cared for like family and find amazing, beautiful, affordable dresses, look no further!

I DO.. is hands down the best bridal shop in the Louisville area. Susan & Amber were so sweet and made my very first experience trying on wedding gowns amazing. My bridal party and I were blown away with how comfortable the boutique was. They were quick to offer us anything we may need - water, assistance putting on heels, selecting veils, etc. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase and they were extremely respectful of my budget. They also had an amazing selection of gowns. I highly, highly, highly recommend this boutique to everyone!

Amber and Susan were a complete joy to work with! Best experience ever!! Definitely exceeded my expectations! Amber was so knowledgeable of the inventory and picking out the dresses for me to try on from the images of the perfect dress I had in mind! I had one on one attention and their focus was to make me feel special and they did an excellent job! From picking out the dresses, trying them on, picking out accessories, pinning for alterations and getting the final product, it was just so easy! I highly recommend I Do...A Bridal Boutique to anyone looking for top notch service, knowledge and expertise! Thank you both for making my dreams come true!!

I have not written a review about any business in years, but I wanted to give a shout out to this wonderful boutique. I live outside of Atlanta- a city full of incredible bridal stores, yet because our daughter lives in Kentucky we determined that the Louisville area would be the best place to visit bridal stores. "I Do" was on the list- recommended by a dear friend of ours who is from Shelbyville. I wasn't sure what to expect. During our visit, we were the only ones in the shop. Jenna gave full attention to our daughter, listened and brought out dresses that she thought would be good options. K was also able to choose dresses that she liked. Once Jenna saw the direction and style, she was able to help us narrow down the options to find PERFECT choice for our daughter. The dress was less than what we had seen at other stores, which was a pleasant surprise! Later in the process, we were privileged to work alongside Susan (one of the owners). During the fitting (when I couldn't be there) and even beyond, Susan and Jenna showed graciousness and kindness. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what any other store would have done for our daughter and our family. There are far too many details to type here to share how they cared for K during this process. But suffice it to say, if I could give them 100 stars, I would. Thank you Susan and Jenna for making wedding dress shopping, fitting, and beyond more than we could have imagined. We are truly grateful.
