I was in the market to replace my tailgating trailer and found a great deal online at I-80 Trailers. Called them over the phone about it and let them know I would be coming from Omaha to buy the trailer I saw online. They put a hold on the trailer and had the paperwork ready and waiting when I arrived. In and out in about 20 minutes thanks to the amazing staff.

Can’t say enough about how fast the process was to buy a trailer and they had aluminum wheel upgrades in stock. I was in and out for the entire process in under an hour. The building is very nice and things are clean and organized. Enjoyed all the staff. Well done !

I was back in town for one day as I travel for work and had to secure a trailer that day. We arrived at 11 but didn’t realize they closed at noon. I was able to get financing very quickly. They even stayed late to swap out the steel wheels for custom aluminum ones and even installed E-track down both walls of the trailer. I feel they went above and beyond landing a customer for a very long time. I highly recommend I-80 Trailer sales!

Bought back in August. Was suppose to be called back about a running light issue...2 months later..... nothing.

My trailer came with three hinges and was suppose to have welded the holes created by the third hinge. They still haven't called me about getting me in to get welded.

Do not buy here. Once they have your money, they could care less. Better trailer sellers out there. Awful customer service.

I messaged Jerry Poore on a listing he had for a new trailer on Facebook marketplace. When he didn’t have what I was looking for, I asked him if I could order a one and what the price would be. He read my message and never responded.
I followed up with him the two days later and once again, he read my message and blew me off a second time. Terrible salesman and represents this company in a terrible way.

As a business owner I own a lot of trailers, I had tried to find a place to do business with and after 3 other places I80 knocked it out of the park. I just picked up another tilt trailer to haul skid loader, this purchase makes #8 over past 5 years. 2 of the 8 had small issues, I called the staff, they got me right in and took care of the issue.
