Called, left message for “my school rep” no response. Finally made it down there, left two polos to be embroidered with School logo...I thought ok, they’ll call me when ready...weeks and no response. A death in the family distracted me to follow up. It’s been 2month since I dropped off and I’ve never received a call back from them. Families at our church explain similar experiences. They should stop doing logos rather than BS customers. Every time I remember to call they are closed! When I walked in, no one was eager to help, when I asked m, they just pointed to a staircase and said “upstairs” I’m sure when I FINALLY reach someone, they will say they don’t have and I lost my receipt. Be sure to expect to do all the follow up when dealing with this company
