Teri is amazing! It was my first time visiting the shop and was very impressed with the level of customer service. Teri went above and beyond to help me with my boot issues. If you need anything on Maui in regards to shoes Teri knows how to help. I highly recommend this place.

Teri is so wonderful!! I was traveling with a bag and the strap broke. I found her store and she took on the project to fix the backpack strap for a reasonable fee. She said that it was going to be ready Saturday and my plane was leaving on Sunday. Long story short, I forgot to picked it up and left Maui without my favorite backpack. Teri was very accommodating and mailed my backpack to Arkansas without charging me anything. On top of that, Teri also mail a pouch of honey from her husband’s bee farm ❤️
Not only her craftsmanship is excellent, it was super quick for a walk in job, she is also so kind and very thoughtful! When I come back to Maui, I’ll be sure to come back and visit her!! I will never forget her hospitality!

After reading on the website that this business provides gluing, I drove 25 minutes to get there and was told they no longer provide that service. When I said they needed to take it off their website then, I was given an extremely rude response from the owner. My rating is a 2 instead of a 1 because I think she realized that she’d been rude and offered a do-it-yourself option, which I appreciated .

Teri Edmonds the owner took my shoes and hold them for a month, but she didn’t do anything. After a month of waiting I called her wondering when my repair would be complete, but she said “Oh I think it’s gonna take too long for me to do so I’m going to give it back to you. Unprofessional and very disappointing! Don’t waste your time!

Absolutely amazing!!!! She put a new zipper on my leather motorcycle jacket, The workmanship is top shelf, excellent customer service, excellent value for the work. I can’t say enough good things about this business 10/10 all day!!!!

I like to trail run barefoot so my feet take a bit of a pounding. Teri was fantastic. She made sure I got the right slippahs for recovery. I know this sounds cheesy, but my feet haven’t been happier.

The best selection of work boots on the island. There is also quite a few hiking boots and shoes, about 50 different pairs of flip flops and a bunch of other stuff. Teri provides really good service, she is not at all pushy, will try and get you something that works and even directed me to other sellers who might have something closer to my foot type!

I love this place! I've been having my shoes repaired here for years. It takes from one to three weeks depending on how busy they are with other repairs. Both Teri and Sam are super nice and treat me like a real customer! They're very upfront about what it will cost so you can then decide if it is worth it to you or not. I've decided against some repairs but have definitely had them go ahead with others on some beloved shoes. I also take in my new shoes for taps and nonskid pads on the soles and heals so my new shoes last longer. They have custom sandals now where you can design the color and heel size. I noticed they have cute baby shoes and cool leather purses now too. Great service from great people!
