I frequently buy the game night special online & pick it up at the field house. It always goes smoothly & the sales associates are always kind & accommodating.

Some of the negative reviews on here floor me. It’s incredible when people don’t pay attention or understand basic sales protocols, then blame the store for their mistakes.

I love the Pacers team store & empathize with the store, for all the obtuse customers with which they have to deal.

Came to the store at 5:45pm to do an exchange or return and make some purchases before our 8:00pm game on Black Friday but was told they were closed and will re-open at 6:30pm. Rude, as you could clearly see people shopping in the store, not to mention their posted business hours saying they were open until 5:00pm on Fridays (it does say Blk Fri hrs may differ, however that usually means businesses are usually open later.) Lessen learned go somewhere else to make our purchases.

I have tried to come here TWICE. Once from Minnesota and once from North Carolina only to discover that the store is open for 5 hours a day and not on weekends. The second time we came, the store was closed for “inventory” for two friggin weeks, despite the website saying they were open. Guess I’ll go elsewhere for my merch since it doesn’t appear that this company wants to actually sell anything.

Ordered a jersey in time for Christmas only for them to take a few days to process the order and tell me they didn’t have any more of my jersey in stock and thus couldn’t fulfill my order. When I asked the rep she told me “I could pay for expedited shipping” if I wanted it by Christmas as if it was my fault this was taking place. Buy your jerseys anywhere else if you can. They also did not refund me for my shipping costs I paid for so I lost $10 in the ordeal.

Bought 2 items from this store online and they sent one of them but sent the wrong item instead of the more expensive item I paid for. I contacted them via email and they said I would have to send back the incorrect item and then they would send the item I paid for. They sent me a return label to ship the incorrect item back but when I asked them how I could use the shipping label to return the item (arrange pickup, drop it off somewhere, put it in mailbox, etc.) no one responded so 3 days later I called the store to ask about it and the person I talked to seemed nice at first but then hung up on me without answering my question. Terrible online shopping experience and horrible customer service. I will continue to support the Pacers, but not their store.

Horrendous customer service. Made an online purchase and was sent a defective item. Sent an email to the pacers store immediately requesting a replacement (which went completely ignored). After calling the store, I was told the only option was to pay for return shipping or return the item at the physical store. After driving nearly 40 minutes to the store to complete the exchange, we were told they were out of stock due to it being a “game day special.” To add insult to injury, I was not reimbursed for the shipping costs during my exchange. The in-store reps were barely apologetic during the entire ordeal and seemed inconvenienced.
