The staff was very friendly and helpful. The selection is why I gave it 4 stars. Theres a lot but it feels like its missing surplus that isnt just jackets and fatigues. I still got a flight suit from here thats helping me put my kit together. Decent prices. Pretty decent selection. Definitely worth going out of your way for if youre in the area.

I placed an order on Friday, December 27th at 11:36AM, selected and paid more for 2 day UPS Ground for delivery. They sent it by USPS. I just got my delivery date of January 6 which is completely unacceptable. I don’t recommend buying from a company that charges you more for a delivery method and then sends it another way. USPS was supposed to be 2 day delivery as well. I emailed them as soon as I saw their error on Friday with no response, when I called on 12/31 at 8:00AM they said I would have to call back on 1/6 to talk to someone.

Nice people but placed an order for a Christmas gift and was told would be in on a Tuesday. Called on Thursday and told would be in on Friday. Stopped in at 3pm on Friday and was told they were in a box of 40 that was delivered and wasn’t sure which one. Told me to try back the next Tuesday, which is Christmas Eve. Gave refund. Now no Christmas gift. Would have never ordered and went elsewhere if they didn’t promise it to be in before Christmas. Horrible!

I had called the store in advance to ask if they carried a fleece jacket in my size. Watchman had walked to the back of the store to check their inventory before I drove out to their store. While at the store Watchman helped to me reach the jacket I wanted to purchase on the top shelf. It just happened to be a ittle out of my reach, lol. He also has a good sense of humor. This store has a wide variety of items and is packed from wall to wall. Excellent customer service and friendly staff.

I believe they deserve a 5, the store has lots of selections of all services and hunting supplies. I walked in and was greeted by the employees. We spent a good while looking at all items including name brand boots and clothing.
