Love their preppy basics here, but too pricey for my non-preppy paycheck. So I only come here during after-holiday clearance. This time I got some chinos, corduroy pants, shorts, & socks. Great deals!

It'd be better if they actually had something my wife was interested in... Not everyone likes high waisted jeans, and that all you could find in a decent design. Staff was ehh, ok I guess. I think they just expect you to love everything and not want to put things back. They seemed annoyed by that, which made ut much easier to leave.

Not this store in particular, but had to rate them somehow. They apparently have an online return policy of 30 days that starts when your order was placed (not even shipped), and must be back in their hands before 30 days is up.

You have to guess at how long it might take for them to receive the item?

I've never heard of a policy that counts shipping times on BOTH ends against you. Hey guys, cross your fingers the courier doesn't drag their feet getting you your item or returning it. I didn't realize J Crew was a casino where we come to gamble with our money.

I’m a J. Crew Junkie because their designs and fit are sleek and the fabrics and quality are above the price. I highly recommend their women’s polos - best fit for females.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any of the luxury companies. 30 days to have returns 'processed' when they have closed most of the stores is much to quick. Will never shop with you all again.

This is probably my favorite J. Crew store I've been to, and I'm generally a fan of their stores. Their salespeople are very helpful, remember you when you return, and despite being a bit larger than the average store I've been to, it's organized and everything is straightened up. I would definitely recommend this location.

I had the best experience at this store. I came in looking for an interview outfit and left a new woman. Every person that I came into contact with was above and beyond friendly and helpful, especially Rowdy and Nathan (I'm 99% sure his name was Nathan but could be wrong.) I had been looking at purchasing online but am so glad that I went into the store. Rowdy helped me upgrade my plain black suit pick to gray pants and black 'going out blazer'. Taught me about what shoes and belt to wear, matching your shoes with your jacket or top to pull the look together. He got me in the correct size (which I would have gotten wrong if I had ordered online.) I ended up leaving with several wardrobe staples that I know I will cherish forever. I asked him for help with some blouses for underneath, and again, he did way better than I would have done at picking out some perfect tops, and camis, that I would have never gone with but now I am so excited to wear. Overall the best experience of my life, honestly, shopping. I feel so confident to step forward in my new clothes and wish that I could take Rowdy with me forever and even text him up asking for advice. He was conscious of prices, was't pushy, picked out sales items, and got me looking and feeling my best. Seriously can't say enough. From my first phone call over there to, to the dressing room, to checking out, everything was wonderful. Thank you so much Nathan and Rowdy and also the guy that greeted me, and the one who put my things in a garment bag. Love you guys, hope to see you again!!!!!
