Clean and bright store! Great music! Zero acknowledgment from the multiple young staff members milling around. One register open, one other customer in line. Waited almost 10 minutes while 3 ppl helped her “set up” a rewards account. FINALLY another employee offered to check us out. I suspect if I looked different I might’ve received better service. Upper management needs to step in.

I Had a horrible experience today in this store, I was initially in the store to buy my boyfriend some Nike shoes for Christmas but I received rude customer service instead from one of your employees, he is a black Heavy set guy with glasses with wondering eyes. He made rude comments towards me and my wardrobe! Which I deemed extremely inappropriate, I felt it was not his place to make nasty comments on my wardrobe. I was harassed and offended by his unwelcoming comments. I didn’t appreciate the treatment I received in your establishment today. As a result I couldn’t even finish my purchase, I left! Thank you.

If I could give 0/5 stars I absolutely would..waited 30 minutes to be checked out at the McCain mall store and wanted to return the shoes the next day but the receipt never came to my email. called to speak with the manager about it and was told I was lying and that his workers are all veterans they don’t make mistakes like not sending a receipt and I have to call customer service it’s nothing he will do about it …customer services shows that the process on the end of the store was never fully completed. It’s a difference between having an off day compared to knowing that this is how things are ran by people you hired and put in charge of a store .. The manager on duty today doesn't have the proper customer service management credentials or etiquette to be in a position where he has more power than the policy of what the store states. I won’t be shopping here again.

I purchased a pair of Adidas Sambas on a Saturday from this store. I should've done my research on the shoes before purchasing. The shoes fit fine. They're really cute. They're also comfortable, when you’re standing in one spot . The comfort stops there. after walking in them maybe a mile i noticed the back of the shoe was rubbing against my ankle. It was so painful i had to take them off and put on a pair of slides that i had on hand. The back of my ankle is still sore and today is Tuesday. I found my receipt and took the shoes back to the store to exchange them. They would not let me exchange. Yes i wore them for one day and a short amount of time. Yes the shoes were my correct size but the back of the shoe is so tall that it digs into my ankle when i walk. I didn't notice this flaw in the store and i did walk in them in the store. JD sports does not care about their customers. They wouldn't even let me exchange them. Those shoes cause me pain and now i have a pair of shoes i cant even wear. Also, The girl at the register had an attitude immediately.

I bought shoes for my husband on 3/23/24, he didn't like the way they fit but unfortunately we lost the receipt. I went to return them for store credit or an exchange on 3/29/24. The manager who said his name was Don was rude and didn't try to help at all and said he couldn't do anything without a receipt. Your policy clearly states that shoes can be return w/o a receipt for store credit or exchange. He didn't look at the shoes or anything, his customer service was horrible and having people like him represent your to store is not good for business.

I went into JD Sports yesterday evening for the 1st time looking for a new pair of Vapor Max. There had to be about 4 male employees working at that time. I was not greeted as I entered, even though I walked right past someone standing in the entryway. I was clearly looking around reading the signs and again stopped by a couple associates and stood to look at shoes yet no one greeted me nor asked if I needed help with anything. After being in the store for approximately 10-15 minutes, I asked an associate for a pair of shoes in my size. He handed it to someone else and then I was given the shoe back and told that it was only available it two other sizes. I was not asked if I wanted to try something else or even offered a comparable shoe. He simply handed me the shoe back and walked off. I won't be back.

Went to buy some shoes. 3 employees standing at the register with a line of us and no one offered to help. I will need those store to get some customer service. The one good thing was the person helping with the actual shoes. But everyone else was rude. Many was the only saving grace for this store
