I honestly love this place! My favorite place to get jewelry! They have great prices for fixing jewelry as well as buying or pawning off your own. The owners are so kind and they take care of all my requests to the T. We got our wedding jewelry here- the price was amazing and they did exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this place, the service is beyond amazing, and the prices are hard to beat. I wouldn't go anywhere else anymore.

So I was in the shopping plaza where this jewelry/pawn shop is located. My girlfriend was getting a manicure and she asked me to go to this shop and ask them if they could put a battery in her watch. The ladies in the salon said go to the shop and they could do it and it’s only $6.00. I walked over to the shop and I push the buzzer and the lady let me in. I walked in with the watch in my hand and I asked the lady if she could put a battery in the watch, before I could finish my question the lady yelled “NO” very adamantly. I said okay and I left. I went back to the salon and informed my girlfriend that the lady said no. The ladies in the salon were very surprised that they didn’t put the battery in. Once my girlfriend was done with her nails she walked over to the jewelry shop. Let me mention that I’m a Black American and my girlfriend is a white Cuban American. While my girlfriend went to the jewelry shop I walked to my truck. My gf asked the same lady if she could put a battery in and the lady told her yes and it would be $6.00. Once the lady finished putting the battery in my gf called me so I could come into the shop and pay in cash. I push the buzzer so I could be let in and my gf proceeded to tell the lady that she is racist because I asked the same question about the watch and she would not fix the watch for me. Of course at this time the lady behind the counter started saying she didn’t understand me but she had been talking to my gf in English and Spanish the whole time. If I could give this place a negative 10 stars I would. We are in 2024 and we still have places that pick and choose who they serve based on the color of their skin. Unacceptable and this should not be allowed. The owner/manager of this place should be ashamed and disappointed that someone in his place of business treats people differently based on their skin color. I will never spend a dime in this place and I will be sure to inform my friends and family to also stay away from this place.

I had a necklace that I brought there to get extended amd purchase a small pendant and the owner did was amazing. You could not tell links were added and the cost to do the work was fairly price compared to other place. The customer service is excellent and ambience of the place has welcome feeling. I high recommend if you looking to repair or buy for someone special.
