I was looking for a particular simple wedding ring and all the other big box store salesman were of no help finding one that was close to what I could afford. I went here after a friends recommendation and Steve was able to me create the exact ring I was looking for and gave me a fair price. I knew I was at the right place when I saw his hands were stained from working. I recommend Jeffrey's Jewelers to everyone I know and would go back again. It's been 4 years now and the ring is still as gorgeous as the day I bought it.

Steve and Mary are awesome! I'll never understand why anyone would ever buy from a chain jewellery store, with Jeffreys available. These guys offer incredible, one of a kind pieces of art, not low grade and duplicated junk. A real jeweler gets his hands dirty, and Steve is an artist. The other guys are just salesmen. Best kept secret in NW Indiana. I would never go anywhere else.

They are seriously so nice here and I could not recommend them more! I had a wedding band made at Jeffrey’s to fit my engagement ring about 10 years and could not be happier! I have also had my engagement ring cleaned regularly and fixed here a few times as well as other pieces cleaned and dipped.

I cannot say enough good things about Steve. He took the time to really find the right diamond for me to propose to my fiancee with. He worked with my budget and was very attentive to what I needed. Best of all, he truly listens!

The big jewelers don't really care what you say you want. They just try to sell you the diamonds they're trying to get out of the store. They are snake oil salespeople first and jewelers, well, not even so much secondarily as way down the list.

Steve is a true craftsman and he cares about the work. It's clear from the way he approaches customer interactions that he takes pride in finding the right fit and making it look great.
