I went to this location with the intent of purchasing a present for my nephew. Firstly the selection was both disappointing and sparse. Secondly the treatment of customers was appalling i was not greeted upon entering the store or waived off upon my leave from the store. Thirdly customer treatment, where to begin a member of staff named Hailey I believe was ignorant and rude to me she was very passive aggressive and condescending she thought she knew better then me for my own nephew. This left me feeling upset and discouraged. And don't even get me started on the shoes I purchased the quality, disgusting, the colouring depressing, and they broke within weeks of my nephews birthday. My advice don't come here, this store should be shutdown and so should the disgraced owner Hailey who 'attempted' to serve me. I will never shop here again moreover my Chinese nephew is at a lost for words. (See photo to see how cute he is) Now why would anyone want to upset little Chongqing xi pi? Goodbye that's all do NOT shop here.

I visited Jelly Rolls today and I was blown away by the outstanding service I received. I was assisted by a lovely colleague named Hayley, who truly went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. She was patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The level of care and attention to detail she provided was exceptional. I was very impressed with my experience at Jelly Rolls and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality children's clothing with top notch customer service!

BEAUTIFUL…everything! Where to start? The owner is so helpful, lovely and warm. Hayley is a great person to call upon if you need help choosing anything, you can tell she knows her business so well! The range of clothes and accessories are gorgeous and well presented. Dont you just love when the staff care about their stock! My sister in law recently had the most beautiful baby grow which was packaged in a cute little box and bag with pretty tissue paper. Their choices of labels to stock are just right too! Shopping local means everything and I will always support that. There’s only one thing to say…you’ve got to visit! Ps) my daughter loves everything online I’m about to be very poor!!

have to say what an amazing shop this is I popped in today to buy for my daughter and the service was off the scales, such a fantastic choice of quality clothing and staff that know there stuff, polite and so helpful. A Service that's missing from most retailers these days.

Highly recommend, all staff go above and beyond. There are also brilliant with our children specially our little boy as we struggle to get him shoes. Hayley always goes above and beyond to help him find him some shoes. That’s brilliant on pricing too. Thank you to you all

Unfortunately I've had to change my review and opinion of this place since I visited in the week. Thankfully I hadn't had the unpleasantness of meeting the woman that was working there before our encounter Wednesday! Wow was she very cheeky and very rude to me and frankly she's put me off ever walking foot in any jellyrolls again and from even ordering online.
I also sent an email to explain the situation and how upset it made me but still have yet to receive a reply!
That one person has let the shop and other members of staff down completely.... She needs to take a leaf out of her colleagues book on politeness and customer service skills.
