I much much prefer getting the receipt printed out so I can review the information that the attendants did to my car as I have done so in the past and could spot problems that were not addressed in the service. No windshield washed. No front carpet cleaned. My transmission fluid level was not checked. Nor was my air filter. Or my air pressures in my tires. My receipt (sent by email) says such service was declined. I did not decline such service as I was never asked! These non checks can lead to serious problems if not checked! I was the only car in the bays, so the attendants should have gone the extra effort to ensure my car was serviced properly. They were either lazy or just did not give a darn about their ability to provide good service. I use Jiffy Lube because I have had very good service in the past and the cost has been reasonable. Just not this time (good service).

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and although they do a good job this last visit had me worried. When I got my car back it REEKED of marijuana, my concern is that they worked on my car while being high. It took about 2 days for the smell to go away.

Very disappointed in the service. I have always taken my vehicle here and now I have to take my own air filter because they never have one, they put on the receipt that they vacuum, and they didn't granted only the driver side needed vacuuming. Now they charge an extra amount to change your cabin filter which they never did before. And by taking your own air filter, they only discount you $2 granted the oil filter costs $30. And also that the price of the total I pay now has gone up. As I see other reviews it must be a robot who responds because all it ever says is tal to Dominick the manager well that is who I dealt with, I don't know that I will ever go back to the store specifically.

I return to this Jiffy Lube time after time. They always take good care of my truck. They clean the windows. They got the tires inflated. They are always so polite and professional.

These guys are amazing, my wife’s windshield wiper broke off on the way to the airport and they fixed it fast. She told me she’ll always go here for an oil change now.
