The technicians arrived on the day that we had decided and it got up to 90+ degrees that day. They worked relentlessly to get the air conditioner working by the end of the day by 3 o’clock or so they had it running and cooling the house and had the furnace partially in the next day they completed it. There were three different technicians involved and they were all fantastic, they did a great job. They were courteous on time brought their own water brought their own Whatever was needed very gracious I am well pleased with the service that I received and I’m pleased with the furnace and air conditioning system. Thank you so much and anyone that needs an air conditioner or furnace replaced or installed call them. They are fantastic.

JL Anderson with Butch and Jeremy on our latest call has been serving our AC and furnace for many years now. They continue to provide professional and courteous service. Highly recommend their service plans as they take the time to look the system over and don't always try to upsell you a component like other companies do. For example, taping a wire back up to keep the furnace from cycling off and on. Small time based fix much appreciated.

I called them this morning because of our furnace stopped working and the room temperature fell to 58 degree and the outside temperature will drop to 29 degree later today. They sent their technician Jeremy to our house about one hour later and got things fixed! Jeremy was very professional, understanding, explained things clearly, and charged us at a reasonable price! Petermans will screw you over every time because they work on commission. They aren’t as interested in fixing the problem as selling you something expensive that may fix part of the problem.

Anderson is honest, hard working, does good work, and for a reasonable price.

Zach Oaks was our technician. He was able to come out within 2 hours of me calling. He was incredibly professional and made sure that we understood what he had done to repair our ac system. Very honest and down to earth. Incredibly impressed with my experience. Emma helped me on the phone and she’s incredibly personable. These folks will take care of you. Never fun spending money on repairs but I will pay for good customer service.

Just got my heat fixed so quickly and correctly by a nice tech named Butch. He was young and very experienced ! He was friendly, respectful of my environment and cleaned up after himself when the job was done which I highly appreciate because not all techs in job fields like this do that. He made sure my place got warmer before saying “ job complete” and I could not be more thankful for him not only coming on a Saturday but for him being in a great mood while doing so instead of grumpy like majority of the world doing their jobs are like now days lol. Thank you again Butch! I will definitely request you as the tech to come out if anything else arises in my unit for future service and I will definitely be telling people I know about you for when they need services the company offers as well! We have a winter storm coming and I am so grateful this was fixed before it comes!

Butch is so amazing! Called the main switchboard on a cold night ~16 deg with my furnace acting up. Butch called me within 2 minutes to discuss my problem. I explained what was going on and it seemed like my furnace would need work. Butch was able to come the same night but at my request he was able to get me into the schedule in the morning to help me save some money during the holidays. BUT, despite having five other visits planned this night, he reached back out to me a couple hours later with an idea to fix the problem. Walked me through it step by step. It worked and the problem was solved! Not only was Butch super kind and thoughtful, but generous as well. He was able to return heat to us purely just to help me and my family on a cold night, with no charge. Can’t thank Butch enough! If I need anything in the future again, I’m going to request Butch. 10 out of 10 recommend.
