Had an exceptional experience at Jo and Co 🤍 in Newburgh! Liv specifically went out of her way to send me some pictures of some dresses that I was interested in via Instagram. I love that they had a great selection to pick from and in my size. I was looking for a dress to wear to my wedding and we’re actually getting married at the courthouse so I was looking for something simple yet modest I found exactly what I was looking for! It was so great because it was no pressure from Liv. She let me try on what I wanted. It was a great experience!

I liked all the clothes! They were affordable but still good quality. I feel like I order everything online now and never get to touch and see clothes before I buy them. It was nice to look through a selection of clothes I actually liked. The store has a comfortable uncluttered atmosphere.
That being said I don’t go into lots of brick and mortar stores because I feel bad if I don’t buy anything (ha) and sales people often make me feel tense or anxious. BUT! Today I had the best customer service! The salesperson was kind and capable. She made organic conversation and showed me what she liked in the store. I felt zero pressure to buy anything. I had just gotten off work and didn’t want to try clothes on. She told me about Newburgh Nights and said if I picked something out today and it didn’t work I could come back tomorrow night and try something else. I purchased some things I really like and will keep. I fully intend on going back. 60% of that is because it was actually a comfortable experience. This may sound a bit much to some people but I am sure other people prone to shopping anxiety understand and almost anyone would love being treated kindly.

Hands down the best boutique! The styles and quality of their clothes are amazing and still affordable! They also have phenomenal customer service. I no longer live but shop with JO+CO online. My orders always arrive very promptly, and this last time, even though I accidentally selected "pickup in-store," they reached out to me personally because they noticed I normally ship my orders. Shopping with JO+CO is always a treat! They've filled out my summer and fall wardrobes this year!

I love JOELLE+CO. The clothes are fashion forward and affordable! They have formal wear, everyday and comfy options as well. When you go in the sales staff is warm and more than willing to help you pick an outfit for whatever occasion, which I love! If you haven't yet, I highly recommend checking it out in downtown Newburgh!

Ordered two items, a white crossover top with balloon sleeves and a rugby striped sweater. Both are awesome. The white blouse is made of a lightweight fabric that is perfect for dining alfresco by the beach this summer. The sweater will be comfy for a early morning or evening stroll on the beach. Can’t wait to wear them!
