I needed to get a pair of brown dress shoes repaired that were scuffed and all he did was shine it. He didn’t get out any of the scuffs but still charged me full price. It’s a waste of money. I could have shined them on my own. It was the scuffs that I was paying for. I would highly recommend finding another store unless you want mediocre work.

I brought my glasses here to fix them, they refused everywhere, but here they were fixed so that we don't even see the place of failure, thank you, the master is very cool

Terrible work. I came in with four pair of heels and a handbag for repair and/or cleaning. When I came to pick them up, they were all thrown in a little black plastic bag together (some of these were $300 - $400 items), not properly cleaned or properly repaired. When the guy was showing them to me, one block heel was so noticeably scratched still that he said “hold on”, grabbed some paint, swiped it on and then put it in the bag with the others while it was still wet! I was rushed out because it was close to closing time so I didn’t get to have a proper look at the rest until I got home. Don’t waste your money.

A high-level workshop, they do everything very efficiently, brought shoes and a bag, repaired it so it looks like new, thank you very much for the work

This man can never give me a quote for services. He always wants the customer to say how much they will pay. It's not comfortable and I do not like haggling. I asked him to tell me how much and I know he likes cash which I had in my pocket but I had to leave... what a waste of time.

Great work. The zipper on my boot broke and it was quickly replaced. Indistinguishable from the original!
