Exceptional service from start to finish. We purchased 2 dressers, bedside tables, and bookcases. JoAnn helped us find exactly what we wanted (it took a while) and ensured the order accurately reflected what we selected. She was also very responsive to our inquiries about the status of our order. The delivery crew was on-time, responsive, friendly and professional.

Annette was awesome! We’re new to the area and didn’t take note of their closing time. We came in 15 minutes to closing and we’re going to leave, but she acted as if she had all the time in the world for us! Our experience at Johnny Janosik was better than we ever expected. Despite only going there to window shop, we were assisted by the kindest sales rep, EJ, and we ended up purchasing our new furniture from her. She made our experience enjoyable and made things super easy, explained things thoroughly, made herself readily available for our questions and accommodated our needs so our process would be worry free. All other staff there seemed friendly as well and had smiles on their faces.

We stopped into the Dover store after finding a sectional on line that we wanted to see for a new home we are building. Mark was an experienced and knowledgeable salesman. He was exceptional at helping us in making practical decisions on everything from furniture selection, to fabric selections, and also helped us to achieve an overall look and function for what we needed. Deanie (our designer) took it to the next level. They spent a lot of time with us, and got us great prices on our selections. We really appreciated the honest and no pressure experience we had at Johnny Janosik. I would highly recommend Johnny Janosik for anyone’s furniture needs. They have quality products at all price points. We ended up with a complete great room and main bedroom ensembles that were gorgeous, functional and affordable. And our team will also be there to place the furniture in our home. Comprehensive service by true professionals…and genuinely nice people. We highly recommend it!
