I have been taking Hayden to JPO since he was two yrs old. His legs esp the left one was bowed and his ankle would give out and turn causing him to fall.they have been great walking us thru every development..I would recommend this company highly. Bfh

I was referred there to get a ankle brace. It was going to be almost a month to get in. This place is a joke! Then the Dr. sent me to 2080 Harrison Street. Got it the same day!

Every member of the JP & O staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I did not "waste" a single minute of my time; it was all spent in making sure I received my diabetic shoe inserts and the information that went along with them. I highly recommend JP & O!!!

JP & O Prosthetic and Orthotic Lab is a highly recommended place to go for knowledgeable service and pleasant personable people. Also, the new renovations to the office has a whole new contemporary look and with lots of space. Cyle is simply the best in taking care of your needs. Top notch care and concern!
Dawn sees that you are greated with a smile and will go the extra mile with anything that needs done. I’ve had a prosthesis for 37 years now and JP & O is the best(going to them since moving the Mountain Home

Great place awesome people! I know that any time I go in I will get exactly what I need. They've never tried to upsell me or push something on me to make a quick dollar. I know that if it's on my prosthetic it would be on theirs and it's necessary. The people who work there happy come more like family to me and my family!

the staff at jp&o, in mtn home went way above and beyond to help me get the proper brace with the proper fit!! I cannot thank the staff from the front desk to the technician to the billing department, that went way above and beyond.. they took away a HUGE fear of me falling and I am so very grateful, words cannot really put a feeling on that. I just can't say thanks enough, y'all are the best!

The Mtn. Home facility is amazing. Gayle was very tentative to my daughters needs. Both of our visits were very quick and informative we had no question about the care being provided. Afterwards our checkout and paperwork went quickly and smoothly. I would recommend to family and friends for any orthotic needs. Thank you JP&O.

I've been amputated since 2003. Forced to find a new provider after moving to Mountain Home in 2015, I've been going to JP&O ever since I discovered them. No regrets, would recommend them to anyone needing a prosthetic.
