I couldn't express how. much this place help me !!! Came to this place to get some steel toe boot for work and Aliza kill it she work with me and tell me everything about boots that i should know and even put time and effort to make sure i don't walk out with the wrong boots or coming backing telling her the boots hurt my foot!!! She is very opening and caring and made sure i put them on and try them before i buy them !!! highly recommend this place if your looking for boots !!! I would drive out there again (about 45 mins drive) when i need another pair for sure

The best place to buy work boots! The owner is seriously the nicest guy. He'll measure your foot, find you the perfect boots (making sure you don't feel the steel toe), tell some jokes and send you out the door with a candy bar, free shoe polish and an extra set of laces. I moved away from Arizona years ago but still go back to JR's to get my work boots when I am back in the Phoenix area.

Been getting my boots here since 2000. Jay is a great guy and only wants to make sure you get the right boot. He takes the time to make sure they are the correct fit and are comfortable. Was in today for new boots and Jay was not there but his stand in was just as good. Walked out with 2 pairs of boots one for me and one for an employee.

2nd trip in and just want to commend the sales team here for stellar customer service and patience. You folks have earned a customer for life. One of the best specialty shoe stores anywhere. I have no reason to look elsewhere for work boots. Thank you.

I just purchased a pair of red backs from this store and I want to thank Myma for all her help. She was incredibly helpful and stayed late to assist me. The slip on red backs are on back order until July and are incredibly hard to find. She searched everywhere throughout the store and was able to find me a pair in the exact size I needed. I am SO thankful for her kindness and dedication to the job. I wish employees earned commission or were allowed to accept tips, because she did me a solid and I’m am incredibly grateful!!!

I love coming here for my work boots every couple of years. Their summer and fall hours vary from what is posted on their website. Small business owner so keep that in mind as they do not have 'regular' hours.
