The staff is very attentive and provides excellent customer service without being pushy. There is something for every occasion.
The boutique is located in downtown Carrollton, Georgia. There is plenty of free parking and it is easy to get to.

my boyfriend went in to get an item for me and was treated so rudely. the two girls on staff from the minute he walked in were difficult. when he was trying to get some help, one of the girls continued to interrupt him, ensuring him he was in the wrong place and to go elsewhere. when he was finally able to speak, she turned ghost white, helped him quickly and made sure he left right after. my boyfriend called me very upset, as he had no idea he’d be treated that way, especially as a potential customer. not happy :/ i’ve heard that this could be a misunderstanding, but hearing other complaints about rude staff and lack of kindness, i knew i needed to write this.

Making a necessary update to my prior review. I've continued to be a loyal J&J shopper. Every order since has been fulfilled in a timely manner. The quality is amazing! And a number of items I otherwise couldn't have afforded were part of their flash black Friday. Very exciting to order high end pieces at a great price!

I've been a loyal J&J customer by mail. It's disappointing to get excited about wearing something for a holiday, expecting to receive it in a matter of days, to then be emailed stating the order was canceled. Something to consider if ordering for an upcoming holiday or event.

While I have shopped in store with them a few different times, I primarily prefer to shop the app and pick up my orders from their warehouse. I have a toddler and another baby on the way, so having the different shopping options is so helpful! No matter which way I’m shopping, the girls are always so helpful, personable, and genuinely nice! I love being about to support a local business, but I also love feeling like my choice to shop local is appreciated in return!
