I needed a quick buy for a last minute Xmas gift. Yaredi was on it! She was so helpful and attentive and knew exactly what to go for when I explained my situation. In the end Kymbrly jumped into action with help on the chain. Both ladies were extremely helpful. Yaredi carefully wrapped the gift in a box, then a bag w/tissue paper. It was a great experience!

I purchased two pair of boots from Julienne Jewelry the past year and received great customer service. I had an issue with one pair and she corrected the issue right away. I will continue to purchase boots from her even though I live 600 miles away. A great locally owned business!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased 2 pairs of boots on 12/04/2020. One pair was ordered to be shipped to me. Today is 11/12/2021 and I have yet to receive the boots. I have heard multiple excuses from COVID back order, to not enough help with unloading boxes. Today I was told I needed the receipt number or I couldn’t be given any information. This store has taken $1000 from me for a pair of boots I never received. Apparently I am going to have t find another way to get my money back.

This business would not let me return a pair of jeans I bought 10 days ago for a full refund. I was in town for a funeral, no plans of returning. The owner stated they don’t allow anything but store credit. I have never in my life not been able to return something that I had bought with a credit card!!! This place deals with clients from all over the place and only offers store credit? Her excuse? “I have been in business for 40 years” and only do store credit. Wow. Get with it lady. Poor Poor customer service. Zero stars in my book.

Was visiting the area and wanted some unique jewelry for my wife. Julienne was very helpful, and got me exactly what I wanted. Very happy with my purchase. Pricing was fair, service was great. I even picked up a dream catcher for our little one. Highly recommend
