Love everything about this store. The keep stocking more and more Suns merchandise during this playoff run, which is really cool. Only thing I don't like is you can never get certain out of Market team gear. A sports store should have every team, even if they don't always sell the greatest compared to other stuff. I am fine with limited quantities, but at least give us a shot. Many people move to Arizona every day from other states.

I visited just before Christmas. It was slammed. They didn't have the jersey size I wanted, but it's understandable considering the holidays. I just hope they restock soon so I can trade it.
The employees seemed very stressed. I get that it's the holidays and your days are long but you can still be nice! I had a good experience apart from that.

Super unimpressed with this store and with their policies. Someone gave my husband a Christmas gift and it didn’t fit. So we asked for the receipt so we could exchange for the right size. We were busy with the new year, so it took us a bit to go in to return it and apparently they only have a 30 day return policy and it was purchased at the very beginning of December, so we only had 5 days after Christmas to make the return. They wouldn’t do store credit or anything because they had already sold out of the shirt at that store. They would do nothing to help us, so now we have a $90 shirt to look pretty in the closet. Terrible return policy and ridiculous they would do nothing to help us out.

Walked in looking for a hoodie for my neice. I know nothing about sports. The only employee around clearly saw me walk in, did not greet me or offer any assistance.
So I walked up to him and asked for his help and he just had an uncaring attitude and pointed to a jersey. Not mentioning which one it was, and when I told him I didn't know who this person was or what he was pointing to, he just pointed again.
Idk who hired this guy or trained him but he seriously needs a class on customer service.

I bought a Phoenix Rising Jersey the new one on their website. And it did not fit so I called the store and asked if I can bring it in and try to exchange it or get the money back. When I to go to the store . They have the size I needed and exchanged it with no hassle.

I'm always going to remember the day that I went to Just Sports in Mesa I remember that when it was Black Friday I got myself a brand new Arizona Cardinals t-shirt but then I said to myself is yep that's the one that everybody is talking about everyone was all talking about that brand new city Edition from Nike it was the Phoenix Suns and I said to myself that you know what I am a Phoenix Suns fan when I saw those brand new city edition Nike I said to myself is you know what why don't you just take Devin Booker his jersey in the city Edition and I said to myself that I love Devin Booker so much I wish I could meet him in person to tell him that to tell you the truth I still have your old black sleeves shirt and it was the city Edition
