I've always loved my Ace Hardware on 933. The service has been immediate and extremely courteous. I now have a new reason to sing their praises. I dropped some knives off there to be sharpened a couple of months ago and, for reasons neither of us could understand, the knife sharpener guy never brought the knives back, never answered their calls...simply disappeared. The manager Robert and the other Kabelin people were even more frustrated than I was, and also embarrassed. In the end they reimbursed me for the abducted knives in full, and threw in a gift card as well. Now THAT'S how to build a loyal customer base.

Justin went out of his way to help me find the correct snowblower belt. I know it isn't much but it meant a lot to me. Especially after the snowfall that we just received. Thank you for your help!

Kristen is super unprofessional and should not be an assistant manager. I called asking about a certain product and without checking if they have she immediately responded with “no we don’t” I then went online just to find out they did indeed have that product after going to two other stores after taking her word for it. Needless to say she is not good at her job. I ended up coming to this store and they did have the product!

Purchased a chainsaw from their former location on Ireland Road three years ago. I only used it that one season for about 2 weeks. I brought it out of storage today and had a problem getting it started. I brought it in to the Roseland location and Mark came to the rescue!

He was more than just helpful, he was informative. He took the time to educate me on how to start it in the future. He even pointed out that I had installed the chain backwards after I had removed it to clean the bar before I put it into storage. He happily grabbed some tools and reinstalled it correctly! Wow! What service! I am very happy with my experience with this company! Thanks again, Mark!

Everyone is always supe nice and helpful at this ACE hardware.
Very good customer awareness and very helpful in finding your needs and very prompt on home delivery.
During my visit on Tuesday I was not really impressed by the cashier, he had ear bugs in listening to something, talked really low as g though he was shy but most of all he did not even ask if I wanted help with the 4 - 40lb salt bags to be put in my truck. At 78 years young I was capable to do it on my own it is just that I am used to Ace bring so Johnny on the spot to assist. Maybe the young man needs a little more training..

Kabelin Ace normally has, and can help me find, what i am needing. If necessary, they order from the warehouse (was grateful for that during pandemic). They are normally courteous, knowledgeable without being condescending, and if they don't know personally will usually get another associate who is more knowledgeable in that particular area of expertise. i have shopped ACE for many decades! They are typically my first 'go-to'

Today I was treated pretty badly there. Had trouble paying because I wasn't on some company list and was assumed to be a disgruntled employee trying to buy things. Other woman employees started showing up as some kind of "backup" as if I was upset or causing a problem. I then wanted to switch to paying with my company credit card instead. Still a problem. I had used that same card in there 20+ times with no issue. Really don't like being assumed to be a bad guy when paying for a handful of bolts.
