On August 13 2024 my son and I were making a cross country trip to him to the University of Utah from South Jersey. 10 miles west of Stuart, the upper control arm failed on his trail boss. We got towed Karl Chevrolet’s service department. It was around 2:30 in the afternoon. I explained that we were 1,100 miles from home, 1,000 miles from our destination and I had a flight to catch to get back home on the 16th in Salt Lake City. The service department went to work and had the truck repaired in under 24 hours with the only delay, was waiting for a tire to be delivered from a vendor from Des Moines. They went above and beyond and we are forever grateful for their prompt service and professionalism. Thank you again.

I have over years dealt with Karl in Ankeny. And when we moved to Stuart i was so happy to deal right here in my town. Josh the salesman was very good to us. I really liked the boy who showed us everything in the car. He had such a friendly personality.. well everyone there was great. I dont have any problem to say. Other then it took alk day but very much worth it. You would get more stars if you had more.

These guys are great. I hit a deer November 17th. My insurance had my Jeep sent up to Karl's to get fixed. They worked extremely hard and diligently to get my Jeep back to me and they even gave me a loaner vehicle in the interim. Now I will admit I wasn't the biggest fan of the loaner as it wasn't as equipped as my Jeep is regarding features however it was still better than nothing. They kept me updated on everything regarding my Jeep as they worked on it and after they finished they even provided me with insights on potential routes I could take in my ongoing feud with another dealership. Now unfortunately there were still a couple issues from the accident that have to be fixed however the guys at Karl's are already working with me to set up a time when we can get that taken care of. 10 out of 10 honestly I will most likely get my future vehicles from them

Everyone has been so kind and helpful! When we arrived to sign the paperwork, two gentlemen greeted us by holding the doors open. The lady at the desk right by the entrance was incredibly friendly as well. Our family has been working with Blake Vorrath for years, purchasing multiple vehicles, and we always recommend him to everyone. Blake consistently goes above and beyond, working tirelessly to find exactly what we need! Not only is he available in the office, but he also responds to texts almost immediately, even when he's out of the office. Blake’s dedication to his clients is unmatched. He is always patient, listens to our concerns, and makes sure we fully understand every aspect of the process. His attention to detail is exceptional, and he always ensures we’re getting the best deal possible. I cannot recommend Blake enough! A huge shoutout to Brandon Strom as well—he is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and explained the warranties thoroughly. Although we only spent a few minutes with Cody Zickefoose, he was great too! The entire team at Karl’s in Stuart is top-notch!
