Today Oct 17/2024 around 4 pm i stopped at this store to return a pair of shoes i ordered online that didn’t fit. The woman who works there says to me we don’t accept online purchases that we don’t carry in the store. Now this was not my first time returning something that didn’t work out for me from online to this store. I come home and read all policies on Karl Lagerfeld, and ALL policies said YES you can return an online item even if the store doesn’t carry it, as long as you have receipt, and original tags attached. The woman that works there pushed my item back to me in a not nice way. Please educate yourself on policies at store you work at. I drove a long way out to the store, and lost time due to someone not having knowledge on their job policies. ( your policy says: Returns will be accepted at US store locations when accompanied by a receipt or pack slip indicating the price paid in US currency and ) Also this store is not answering their phone at all.

Karl Lagerfeld Paris is located in the Fashion Outlet Mall about 5 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. The mall has two tiers show casing 130 luxury designer stores. The Karl Lagerfeld location displays cutting edge women's clothing. The sales people are friendly and will help you stand out from the crowd.

This is the namesake store inside Rosemont Fashion Outlets for the brand of iconic German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. His early work as a designer made him responsible for some of the success of brands like Fendi and Chanel. This years Met Gala, which was themed based in his honor.

The Karl Lagerfeld Paris Brand was one of his later works that started as a way to help bring his style and aspirations in fashion to the mainstream public and make his fashion sense more accessible to common people.

While it isnt high end luxury designer, the brand definitely is premium and stands out with a flare if iconic Karl Lagerfeld design style mixed with contemporary fashion trends.

The clothes have alot of contrast such as black and whites or bold colors with slight elements of high end runaway fashion and or donning the iconic Karl Lagerfeld name.

The store itself is nice and large boutique sized with all types of clothing, handbags , shoes and accessories.

I would say the store is more women-centric but theres also stuff for guys. As a guy this is mostly a place I would take my girl.

Starting with singular customer service, discounts and elevated designs this store had it all! I am returning for sure knowing that I can find something unique for any occasion may arise or simply to pick an athletic outfit out of this world!

Worse service, the manager was so rude and racist because we are MEXICANS, we asked her for stuff to Check the size on and she didn’t even answer she just move her head and we asked her to check on another store about the other and she rolled her eyes and her dressed code was horrible

terrible service, terrible staff who do not know how to deal with customers. there was an incident. where they sold me dirty clothes and then did not want to return them back. and about this they were warned before buying that it is dirty. they did not solve the problem in any way, but were just rude in response. the day is ruined. I do not recommend this store.

I am super impressed by the personal touch and service provided by the associates in this store! Last time, they steered me away from an embroidered t-shirt that would have irritated my skin on the inside, something I wouldn't have known until it was too late. This time, they called several other stores to track down a t-shirt in my size, and followed up by text and email in the evening and over the weekend to provide a receipt and tracking number. I call this an A list service and attention to detail.
