Great store ive bought two firearms from here, intend to buy more in the future. always greeted when i walk in and never an issue when i ask to see a firearm. Everytime ive had a couple questions about a certain brand/model ive gotten knowledgable answers. Prices seem to be on par with the market. Support Local Businesses!! I will be back!

Went in like the other few reviews no one talks to you. However after dealing with a business call I asked to see a ak-47. Picked a cheap one and they ran a back ground. They said it could take 5 minutes to a few hours. So I waited and it came back and he said i'm good just has a 3 day waiting period on it. That's fine so I purchased it and some rounds and magazines. So now I should be the owner right? Well came back 5 days later thanks to this lovely weather we are having and he says i'm denied. And then it gets more interesting. He says They cannot refund me the money but, I can sell them the gun at a loss?! However I cannot resell it to someone else because, of a law? This seems to be more of a scam to get money off people. Anyways i'm challenging it with the fbi now but, I'm pretty sure they violated the law by selling it and saying that i'm good to go in 3 days instead of saying we half to wait. And then only allowing me to sell it to them for a very high loss? Anyways if this goes any more worse which online it says could take up to a year ill just half to sue them. Sure its only 700 bucks but, the owner wouldn't even come out from the back room he was hiding in.

Walked in, stood around for 25 minutes without the four workers acknowledging me. Had a large selection, I will give them that. But definitely lost a customer due to lack of interaction. Even went as far as overlooking me and dealing with another customer that walked in way after I did. I do not recommend. And then had the nerves to tell me to have a good day after I go to leave? So obviously you seen me enter and stand around......

Store seemed nice enough, but after standing for 30 minutes we left. Husband was looking for a holster, but even after waiting patiently a regular walked in and the first guy free said "Hey man" and started helping him totally ignoring us. As we left the building "a have a nice day" was said to us finally. Customer service isn't a strong point if you aren't a regular guest?

Dustin had made what could have easily been a very frustrating experience buying my first suppressor with all the issues that were happening with the ATF system at the time. he stuck with it, communicated everything clearly to me, and after a hundred submissions, it worked and cleared in 9 calendar days for a trust account [Usually take the longest to get approval]. The rest of his team are awesome and fun to talk to. I enjoy every visit to his shop. I'll be back for sure and recommend them! He also walked me through the proper steps to get a replacement muzzle break that wasn't shipped with mine from the supplier I purchased it from. This just happened and it will be sent off to my address by the end of today.

The staff were very nice and super helpful. They have a good selection of guns and gear. I went in with my girlfriend and they were able to get what she wanted even though the had to go to the back room to get it.

The Owner is Awesome and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I have gotten two guns worked on here, this by far is not only the best gun store/ law enforcement/ military store in the Ohio River Valley, but their pricing is comparable, and their Quality is Second to None!

I’d be hard pressed to think of another gunsmith other than gun works that shares a building with this establishment.
