Very friendly people. First dealer I’ve had to deal with and it was pretty smooth. Had to wait on my warranty to approve some repairs but that was no fault of these guys. Will definitely go back if I need some work done!

In 10 years of owning a kenworth this is the first time I have felt the need to comment on a shop. I came in for an injector code was in a hurry and was gotten in and out barely on time. The bad part is they did not replace the injector and billed me for the work as if they had. Proceeded to leave facility and all they did was clear the code. The shop in louisville after arguing with the service manager was finally able to get and receive the work I paid for. This shop will lie to your face and prioritize the most costly repair or fleet that purchases from this dealer. I tried to give them a second chance on something as simple as calling in a parts order and was told was filled and ready to take the time to get there and be told they needed the part from the other location.

Beware of this place it is hands down the worst kenworth dealer I have seen in all the 48. If you get limped into here I advise checking their prices as they have high mark ups if you do not have purchase trucks from them.

You have been warned.

One of the best repair facilities thati have been to. Candice will give u attention u need and work to solve ur issues. Willie,the shop Mgr went out of his way to make sure my needs were met. Every single person treated me with genuine respect and are tops in their job. Kudos to each and every member of that team. We need more facilities and people just like the ones here.

My truck has over a million miles on it and it was time to replace the motor and chassis wiring harnesses, and a few other things.
Took my truck in knowing it was going to be a big job, between Amy Scott and Drake the mechanic I couldn’t be happier all did a great job, a special shout-out to Drake. Thank you for being so attentive and looking for other problems as you were doing my wiring. There’s no doubt that you are one of the best mechanics I’ve had the privilege of working on my truck
