Mr. Kelly was very gracious and showed me a variety of sporting shotguns to help me choose between them. He gave me time to look at a number of guns to help me narrow down my preferences. Further, Mr. Kelly allowed me to handle the premium guns upstairs to make sure I was purchasing what was best for me. Kevin’s selection of “normal” and “premium” guns is second to none anywhere in the USA and possibly the world. The young man who checked me out was equally helpful and friendly as were the ladies showing my wife around the store. I could not be happier with both the purchase experience and the Browning 725 Sporting Medallion.

I had always found Kevin’s products and services to be excellent and at the 5 star level. Then I ordered a shooting vest which bled color from the wet brown shoulder pads to the front of the olive green vest. They promptly offered to replace it with another and against my better judgement (lookup Einstein's definition of crazy) and I agreed. Well, the replacement did the same thing this time the bleeding was caused by rain (never washed). They wouldn’t take it back because per their policy it was over 30 days when I reported the second problem. I didn’t have the chance to try it in (light) rain in the first 30 days.
Not quality product nor good customer care.

Very tight parking but upon entering this establishment was clean, well lit, and very well organized. I wondered around for a few just taking it all in. I made my way to the gin counter and was helped by Dave who was patient kind and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease with him and I was eager to ask him questions about the types of guns for individuals with small hands and minimal recoil. I had to have my purchase transferred to Thomasville because I have a GA permit. At one point an employee attempted to argue at me about my permit not being a permit with me showing it to him. Other than that I enjoyed my experience and will definitely return.

Prices on shells were very reasonable. I am new to shotguns, and they were nice enough to explain some of the basics to me. Highly recommend and will be back!

This is an outstanding company. It understands the customer and is driven for a wonderful outcome for wrong sizes and quick to respond. I highly recommend this company to the outdoor sporting community. A TEN !!!

Great merch so-so staff. We loved the Kevin's branded merch. Unfortunately when we walked in it was straight into the gun counter and the staff either instantly judged we were not in the right tax bracket or we smelled funny (we had been camping all weekend). One kind young gentleman assisted me in the Big & Tall section. The B&T section was small but nice. The owner also walked by and seemed very nice. On the way back out I tried engaging with the gun counter folks and again got the cold shoulder. The overall vibe was just a little snoody.

I had been looking several for a pair of shoes that had been discontinued by the brand and through a Google search came across a pair in my size supposedly located at "Kevin's Fine Outdoor Gear" somewhere in Georgia. The website said they were in stock so I purchased them half expecting to get email saying this item wasn't actually in stock, but nope, a few hours later I got a notification that the shipping process had begun and a couple of days later I had them in hand. Wow! Great job to the team at Kevin's!
