Well, I wanted to give this place a try even though there are several poor reviews. Though, I have to say, those reviews were pretty accurate!

This location is by far my least favorite. Not a great selection for boys because most of what they have is in heavily worn "play" condition at very high resale prices. Several of their items are DOUBLE what they are at other locations (yes, identical items). I even found a Target shirt with the tag that they priced over retail!!! What?!!!!!

Also, the staff barely even acknowledged I was in the store and was not very friendly. It was pretty uncomfortable and uninviting. I asked a question about where to find something and was ignored.

Save yourself the gas money and visit South Austin instead.

I came to this location with my family yesterday. The Customer service sucks. Restrooms smelled horrible.! We were not greeted. The employees act like they don’t want to be at work. The cashier had a terrible attitude.Definitely would give 0 stars if I could. I was able to find a few things however I will not spend my hard earned money here again.

This place is not friendly nor do they have a decent selection of boys clothing or items. They don't buy any thing, I had mostly name brand stuff. This place is trash, don't waist your time. Go to Once upon a Child or sell/donate to someone in need.

UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER: I in fact have shopped at your location (Kyle), bought two or 3 items when my son was 3 months old now 13 months old. We've since been two seperate times to sale our items both times we weren't greeted and the second time the lady with the glasses which I suspect is you (the owner) was very rude to not only my husband and I but the patron you were on the phone with as well. Customer service is part of your business, something this establishment lacks of. I will not take my review down because it is accurate and I'm allowed to voice my review. Thank you have the day you deserve. ❤️

The older lady with glasses is rude and has 0 people skills. Seemed like the others working around her need to tolerate her from their looks and attitude.It’s a kid place I don’t go for the customer service. If you look around you will find some good deals my wife and I have got fair value for trades and purchasing clothes. Just thought something needs to be done this lady has numerous complaints. We were told 3 hours to get our sale appraised. We show up 3 hours later and the old lady says 20 mins so we
Wait still nothing. Then another tells us 2-3 more hours. So we leave drive home 20 mins as soon as we get home they call me…we go back and only was $10 worth of clothes next time we will go to the Austin one they are nicer and usually buy more.

In the beginning we spent a lot of money here. It went from good deals to just not worth it. Too many times their prices have been marked higher than the price listed on the actual store tag that is still attached to the clothes. They want too close to retail for outdated items. They've also been outed in local groups for offering to donate what they don't buy, only to turn around and sell the items that were just too unfit for them to purchase. You are much better off joining bst groups on Facebook. Even with paying for shipping it ends up being a better deal. Especially if you're wanting a deal for name brand clothes. Staff also seems to be an issue and they lack customer service skills.
