Love this store for my ever growing 9 year old! Nice clothes shoes and from what I have seen l, baby supplies. Got a whole summer wardrobe for around $100 a few weeks ago and today stopped home for a few little this for my son's birthday, 2 books lightly used, a pair of Mario sneakers (vans), flip flops (new), 2 packs of 3 pairs of socks (new), and a water bottle (new) all for under $50.

The store was in excellent condition, well organized and neat. I was able to search freely for items and what I could need. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs when I was ready to cash out. I love the selection and will be making some return trips soon

This place is a grift. Assuming you bring in new or like new brand names, no smells or issues - These guys only ever buy around 30% of what you bring in and just keep the rest, without paying you, unless you read the fine print. If you don't check the box to see the "no thank you" items, they just keep the stuff they don't want to pay you for, by default.

You have to opt to look the unwanted items over. If you do ask to look over the "no thank you" items, that are perfectly good clothes, their goal is to show you so many unwanted items that it feels like a burden to bring the majority of it back home and then figure out what to do with it. Then they have a second chance to try to get your items for free when they ask you if you want to "donate" them to the store, hoping you'll find it more convenient to just say yes, rather than packing it all back in your car and going to a second place or a donation drop off.

For the items they pay you for, they pay around $1 an item for even brand new clothes with tags. Then you look at what's on their racks and it's only around $1 or 2 cheaper than new at the store. $8 for Cat and Jack jeans that cost $9 new shipped from Target? That's insane considering they're probably getting more than half of their inventory for free.

Go to Once Upon a Child instead. They buy more items and just return to you what they don't want or tell you to bring seasonal items back when they are in season, etc. They also have better prices and selection.

Went in for the grand opening today and was blown away!! All the staff was hands on and super nice! This place is amazing!! I Was able to meet the owner she was so friendly and involved with the store and the costumes! Before they opened I was able to sell something to them it was the easiest and best experience I’ve had selling kids clothes! And if you don’t want anything they don’t buy they donate it to an amazing charity!!! Will definitely be returning!! 10/10
