Oh, my gosh!

We were tourists wandering through an “unknown” town, and happened upon the perfect find at Kokopelli of Sedona. In this era of distrust, placing a custom order for a “significant” piece of jewelry could have been a mistake, but Nabi was so very honest and open, and he genuinely wanted me to have just what I wanted. (Every girl should be as lucky!)

Nabi basically combined two different rings into one, and designed my perfect souvenir. My beautiful custom-made turquoise, white gold, and diamond ring arrived *just* as we were heading out to dinner last night, and I could NOT wait ’til we got home to open it! It’s BEAUTIFUL and fits PERFECTLY!!! I wore it to dinner and had to keep looking at its sparkle-li-ness (I know that’s not a word - but it should be!)

It is the perfect fit and won’t fall off, nor cut off my circulation! Depending on the season (heat & humidity), it will fit on various fingers so I’ll be able to wear this ART every day!

The metal flowers and plants displayed on the outside of the store caught my eye so we walked in. Ended up purchasing a beautiful flower piece and they offered to wrap, tape, and box it up for my flight home. It was packaged nicely. Got it home with no issues. It is now on display in my front yard and constantly receives compliments.

Went into this store just now. Was interested in onyx floor lamps. The guy in there was sooo rude. Then I went to their other location 20 feet away and the woman was incredibly rude. Their lamps are way over priced anyway. Will never go back. Found the exact same lamps, bigger and better for half the price at a neighboring store.

A piece of advice for the owners. Try not to act like you are doing us a favor by letting us into your stores. You blew a $1000 sale.

Went to the Sedona AZ location, Earth Stone. Made a purchase. My credit card was charged twice due to a loss of internet connectivity.
I contacted the owner, Nabi.
Explain the situation to him and texted him a copy of my receipt.
He was able to reverse the charges without any hassle!
