Very poor attitude toward helping there customers. We ordered a meat package on Thursday. Was told they did not have everything in the order and it would take 4 days to get everything. I asked if I could pick up the order at their processing plant about 30iles away. Was told no it would still be Tuesday either way. Today was told they still did not have items in my order. So five days to get a meat order that's processed 30 miles away. I could walk there quicker. Very sad customer.service. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

Just so you know, it's false advertisement. They post on their paper that you can pay Over the phone, but you can't, and they Jack up your prices on you and for the people who have food stamps By the way, they jack it up a little bit to pay more just so you know, it's not okay what they do to people.

I purchased a large quantity of beef to put in my freezer. I was very happy with every piece of it and the people in the store are so friendly. Also, I know the owner is a very friendly person and a good drummer.

Friendly service, meats are excellent . I'm a fan of their new york strips and ribeyes. Desserts and deli are awesome as well. I'm a true kroccer and will always return! I highly recommend this experience of old time good service!!!

Everytime I stop in I'm given fast friendly service. The hamburgers are juicy and tender. Tonight we had the Swiss steak and it was melt in your mouth! So glad they have a local shop now. Did I mention how great their prices are Shop locally, review globally!

I was excited to try their meats, however, I don't think I am too impressed so far. The prices were quite pricey, and I understand they should be for the service, but the promise of great meat was not met. So far, our steaks were not superior to those I could get at Kroger. And the hamburger was basically turning bad the second I got it home. I also got a few other things I hope will be good. Not very impressed for spending almost $100. At least I can say I tried it, but won't be returning. The staff at the time could have been alot friendlier.

Pre-ordered a 4 bone prime rib for Christmas dinner. Crocs had it ready for pick up on the correct day, called to make sure I didn’t forget and provided a perfect cut of meat.
