I went in the Bourbonnais store for compression stockings, and was greeted by Amanda. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the stockings they had. The store was so beautifully organized and stocked! Amanda was amazing to work with! I will definitely be a repeat customer to Bourbonnais La Bella!! Thank you , Amanda and La Bella!

Worst experience here at the Bourbonnais store. I went to what I thought was going to be an awesome store to shop for scrubs since I recently started working in housekeeping, a lady by the name SARY approached me and asked if I needed help with anything, I explain to her “yes I would like some help I’m looking for all black scrubs” but I was having problems finding my size, after a few minutes of helping me her whole demeanor changed, she was very nonchalant and her attitude was horrible! She did not make me feel welcomed in that store nor did she make me feel comfortable asking more questions about the products in the store, she made me feel like I was bothering her and wasting her time. Worst time ever I will never shop with them again in my life.

My dad and I stopped in here tonight so he could buy me my first official pair of scrubs for my dream job I start next week...him being a nurse anesthetist he was super excited to do this with me! I really had no direction other than black and I had no idea what I wanted but Toree was phenomenal! She helped us from start to finish and found the best sizing in several sets that I feel great in (and for a girl my size that is super hard to do!) She even helped me find matching jackets and we ended up with 2 new pairs of shoes too. She was just amazing and her smile is so contagious. The retail world needs wayyy more employees just like her!

Amanda was wonderful pull all the possible choices, with the request I had made. Helpful but not pushy. Will come back, so much less time then endless searching on internet. Prices cheaper that Farm & Fleet!

I am excited that LaBella is coming to Bourbonnais! This is so close to my work. I’ve shopped at the Mokena location and I always get the best service. The girls know how everything fits and will order anything I want. I don’t ever pay any shipping fees and I pick the scrubs up the next week. And the scrubs are soooo cute!!! ?
