Ignore the negative comments, they seem completely out of line with the experience that I had today! I was really put off by the negative comments and fully expected a bad experience and was ready to leave immediately. Not the case at all! The owner greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. She knew her products very well. I was able to try on a few pairs of boots until I found the style and size for me. As well as the boots, I got a new belt. The store has a great selection of boots, belts, hats and shirts, and more, for both men and women. Definitely a great place if you are in need to some new boots and accessories.

I'm so thankful I found this place a few years ago. I'm from North Texas and I work in Sarasota a lot. I've bought a few shirts here, and I recently needed a replacement hat band. The owner is kind and helpful. I love that she recognizes me even though I only come in occasionally.

Terrible experience at this store. I own many pairs of expensive boots and Stetson cowboy hats. As soon as i walked in, I asked to see a gray Stetson that I would've purchased to add to my collection, and the rude lady behind the counter had the audacity to say she had "more economical ones" and i hadn't even asked or care about the price. (Which, by the way, was the only nice item in the store worth buying.) I shop to buy, not just to try on. How are people to know if it fits or if we like something unless we try on. If you dont like people trying your merchandise, then you're in the wrong business. That is what retail is about. Seems like you can't afford to have enough quality merchandise. Not only was she rude but nagged us the entire time. So we left to buy elsewhere. Needless to say, i don't recommend anyone waste time at this shop. Please spare us with a ridiculous paid for response.

If I could give the racist lady behind the counter zero stars, I would. I own 15 pairs of boots currently, and she didn't want to let us try on boots because "they are for people who are going to buy them". First time I've been in, and won't be back.
