I came here twice when my regular colorist was book up and I needed my hair toned. The first time I came Nadia toned my hair and it looked wonderful. The second time I called asking for a “root touch up and toner”. The owner was confident he could do my hair. I knew what toner was used before, the only thing I didn’t know was the root color.

Before coming here I spent over a year changing my hair from black box dye to a nice rich brown with baylage highlights. This cost me hundreds of dollars and a long time to accomplish.

Well the owner totally ruined all of the work that was done to my hair. I think he forgot he was supposed to be doing toner on my highlights and he instead pulled the color through my hair. This dyed all of my highlights a dark color. So I left the salon with an all over color when that’s not what I asked for, I showed pictures and explained how long it took me to get the highlights how I liked them. He ruined it all.

I came back in a few days later to discuss it and he brushed me off and told me it was what I asked for. Which we both knew I asked for a root touch up and toner NOT all over color. He also applied my toner on in the chair which they’ve never done they always do that in the wash bowl. He didn’t own up to his mistake that cost me hundreds of $$ and didn’t even apologize or offer my money back.

I’ll never be returning. I will try to add photos of before and after here. The first two photos are before and the last three are after. He destroyed over a year of work. I’m incredibly upset about this.

There’s more than just this. Just steer clear. Save yourself the hassle.

Once you find a person you love, you hold on to them. Emsy is truly an artist when it comes to hair. He does a fantastic job with color, haircuts, and his updos are out of this world.
I constantly get compliments on my hair and it’s all thanks to him!
He recently remodeled his space and it’s so beautiful! City look and feel in the burbs!

All I can say is Marina is amazing and you need to go see her! I followed her from her previous salon and I have not gotten my hair done by anyone besides her in over 10 years!!! I have experimented with all sorts of different colors and she has done a great job with all. She very kind, bubble and always tries to make everyone around her smile, it doesn’t hurt that she is amazing at what she does as well. Go see her and you won’t regret it!!!

MARINA is the BEST! I followed her here from her previous salon. She is super talented, honest and really cares about how you feel about yourself. She is helping me step out of my comfort zone with the same hair style for the past 20 years!!! She is very gentle and kind! The salon is super pretty and clean....She is expert at short hair like mine and long hair as well.

My appointment was at 2 pm for a single process color and haircut. My stylist was doing 2 other clients hair in between my time. She was doing another clients haircut, blow out, brows. She ate her lunch in between my time. She answered her phone calls. Overall, I was disappointed and felt disrespected. Other stylist were able to give their clients undivided attention, I can not say the same for my stylist. Unfortunately for me this was a bad experience. I would not recommend. Priority was given to clients they knew. I was there for the first time. Hair color was on my head for over 45 minutes and I was sitting at the sink for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to attend to me.
