She told me to come early at 5:10. But I got there 10 minutes early. She started a new customer padi and no chip manicure here and I waited here for 40 minutes. Even though I was pregnant, I had to soak my hands in 100% acetone for 20 minutes. In the end, I didn't get a no chip and just had to remove the original acrylic. I was 1.5 hours late for my appointment. Why did she tell me to be there at 5:10? This place is the worst. She kept me waiting and even left me and other guests in the middle to move her car.

First of all, I wanna start by saying that the nail techs were both very nice. And the only reason I’m even giving it to three is because they were nice. But do yourselves a favor and do not go here unless you just want very very basic generic nails. I wanna add that I had a nail appointment for spa 920, apparently they have closed down and now they are lomode nails, but it was never specified so I showed up at spa 920 and when I called they said they forgot to tell me, so I had to drive on over to the new location. Not the biggest deal, just a bit of a nuisance.

I went in wanting chrome nails with French tips and a little bow design, which she clearly said no they don’t do designs. They have little stickers, but they can do chrome and the french tip, which are each additional costs and it would take a while. Then I chose to just forget that design and just go with plain one solid color, chrome nails in burgundy/red. I did gel extensions… The lady who was putting them on me, I don’t believe was doing it correctly because they kept popping off 3-4 times. I also want to mention I was cut numerous times. My fingers are very sore and they were bleeding. ( she was apologetic and I understand) I have gel extension glue, glued to my skin on the corners of my fingers which I am now filing off at home, myself . This was just not the experience I was hoping for.

When we got to the point of putting the chrome on, they didn’t have chrome to match the nails, all they had was white chrome which made my nails look silver, and not red at all. We put a glitter coat on top of the red nails and called it a day. To say I was utterly disappointed is an understatement, especially for the money that I paid 80+ dollars and a tip.

I would never go back here and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and your money and just get a pack of press on nails for $10 which are 100 times better than what I have.

I walked in and asked for my nails to be taken off. I told them I have dip nails with tips on so that they were aware with what they're working with. They told me it will be $10, which is a typical price for this service. Someone proceeds to take my dip nails off, but the tips were still left on. I told them I would like everything off since that's what the service entails and obviously I am paying for this. They tell me that it's an extra $10 to take my tips off, so I would be paying $20 total. Anytime I go to a nail salon to get my nails taken off, they take everything off (including the tips) and it costs $10-15. I have been going to nail salons for years and I have never been charged extra to take off tips. I am very upset that the service was not completed and their communication wasn't clear when I stated what I wanted from the beginning. Now I'm left with my nails looking like this. My mom and I were one of their very first customers back when they first opened, but I will not be returning back. I'm very disappointed.

This photo is two weeks out for a French dip manicure. Kelly did an awesome job and is so sweet. I love going here on my way home. They are quick and do a really good job! This will be my new spot.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon since moving to the area 3years ago and have been going back for the south side (where I used to live) after trying a few salons here I didn’t like. Let me tell you that I’ve finally found the salon for my nails and feet! I’ve gotten services a few times already and I’ve been happy with the results each time! On top of that all of the stylists are so welcoming, kind, do such a great job. I can say that because all of them have done my nails and feet! And each one of them has been efficient and genuine. Thank you for all that you do to make me look and feel polished and refreshed!

After getting dip for a while my nails started cracking, I was going to get another dip manicure but the lady changed my mind. She realized the condition of my nails after she removed the dip and really didn’t want me to do it. She cared, so I got no chip instead. She did an excellent job not breaking my nails and she saved them. I’m very impressed. I really love the color too! I didn’t get her name but I’ll definitely be back on Tuesday if that’s her work day!
