Purchase these blinds online had them installed by a professional installer and about 6 weeks later had issues with the blinds. The bottom rail cordless lift system stopped working. They sent the rep out he didn't even know how to take the blind out of the brackets. He descended the installer so terribly I contacted the installer and advised him to get an attorney period that installer removed the blind in about 10 seconds so the company representative could come and replace it and bring a new one. Does anybody at that company know what they're doing?

Absolutely horrible. No support for products they sell, girl who answers phone is inept and ignorant. Sales reps are even worse. This company will happily take your money then leave you in the dust. Would NOT recommend!!

Rude driver for sure. Ice conditions on Cherry Hill and the driver has no issue with blowing his horn and riding my tail to Telegraph. Then in the Michigan left hand turn, the driver rudely squeezes between me and the first vehicle. Law states to follow the first car in. That additional label is designed for truckers to make wide turns. If this is how they act on the road. How do you think they act in your home.

I have purchased and installed products from this company for nearly 20 years. They are as professional as they come and they have unique products and styles you can't find anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and include them in your product offering, especially for your discerning clients.

As a Lafayette dealer and installer, I can say Lafayette is top quality stuff. To the negative reviews: Sure you run into issues every now and then, but they do stand behind the product for the original purchaser, and should fix it at a small cost if you are NOT the original purchaser i believe. Talk to your local dealer if you have issues.

These were in a house I recently purchased and one was less than 2 years old. It failed and even though they have a lifetime warranty, they wouldn’t replace as I wasn’t the original purchaser. Just had a second one fail that stretches 10 ft over my living room window.. since they wouldn’t do anything I figured I would try to replace it. Slid it apart and found a failed spring.. it’s the same spring that’s in the one half it’s size.. being an engineer, I’d say that’s a huge issue. The small blinds have been good, but both large ones failed.. buy someone else’s if you have windows over 6 ft wide.

There is one of their truckers that was uncontrollably driving on I-90 on their way up to Madison, steering was way inexperienced and the truck wasn’t even level it was leaning to one side, close to hitting everyone driving past him or next to him.
