What an amazing find in the middle of the charming Whiting downtown! “Main Street” vibes and right as I walked in the door I was greeted by the two lovely team members, kind and helpful and when I told them it was my first time in and asked for suggestions, both were knowledgeable and able to articulate so well!

I ordered the super unique pistachio protein shake…so wonderful! Great texture, unique flavor and actually massive! I was so full after and it took me a long time to finish, great from first to last drop!

I also tried their protein bites and they were super tasty, really quite filling as well.

In the back of the location there is a fitness studio, where they were setting up a Christmas market! I met with the owner and she is simply amazing…cares about her guests, product and vibes of the location, someone who is truly proud to be part of the community…..we need more of this throughout this wonderful country of ours!

Will I be back? You bet!!! 10/10

Decided to try the waffles with Nutella, strawberries, kiwi, and granola and they were delicious 😋 just needed a little bit more whipped cream 👍🏼 on them. The owner is such an amazing person 💛 got a chance to talk to her and shared information about her business. Definitely coming back again soon to try some other things on the menu 🤗 My only suggestion is to order ahead of time ⏰

I got an Açaí bowl, and it was great. The interior is modern and inviting, and the customer service was great. I think Lakefront Nutrition is a huge value-add for Whiting; it's great to see a healthy food option come to town. Looking forward to trying their other menu items!

Lakefront, nutrition and fitness in Whiting is such a cool place. I’ve tried every energy refresher. The flavors are fantastic, zero sugar and only 20 cal in 32 ounces. Their waffles are so delicious. 20 g of protein and 280 cal depending on toppings. They’re not stingy with the toppings either. I’m full well into the afternoon after I have one for breakfast. Well worth the visit!

This shop is the best around in NWI, from the drinks to the service hands down the best around! And let me tell you about my boy Kevin that I met, the kid is a stud make my drinks great everytime and is just flat out amazing!

Such a great place and good environment. The owner and staff are so sweet and always giving off good vibes and suggestions for what to get on the menu. Their refreshers and oatmeal are my favorite.
