My visit to this store was to return a couple of items I'd ordered online. I was quickly greeted, and my return was cheerfully processed in a very short time. I recommend this Lands' End store.

I went in to return 2 items from a $800 order. I was not greeted by any of the 4 employees working. I would have exchanged these items however this location does not have a children's section. My little boy was with me, he was looking at the umbrellas while the associate Lori did my return. She was not friendly, and treated the return like an inconvenience. The store wasn't busy. I think there was 1 other shopper. My 6yo little boy was shopping with me. He was looking at a couple umbrellas. He picked one up. He has been interested in them lately. I told him not to open one, which he didn't even attempt to. At that point a male store associate walked up to him and said put that back. He was abrasive and rude about it. Lands end, sorry but you lost a customer. I would highly advise to restaff this store, especially after reading similar complaints in the reviews. The team is snooty and obviously think they are better than those of us that shop there. I won't be back ever.

Love this shop! They always have amazing sales… There’s a 60% off section. They have great prices on bathing suits and adversely great prices on coats and down vests. Dennis is friendly and welcoming… Parking is easy and the store is super clean. They have great holiday wear as well.. go!!!

I would have given my experience today at this store a minus 1 star or zero if it had allowed. I visited this Lands End store for the 1st time today. I was excited because they were advertising 50% off. I was greeted nicely when I 1st walked in. I'm a plus size lady and I had asked if they had plus sizes. The lady who greeted me showed me how to locate the sizes I was looking for and I was grateful. I picked out a few items to try on and I proceeded to the fitting rooms. There was a fitting room available so I went in and tried on the items I had found. I was pleased with most of the items and planned to purchase them but when I went to exit the dressing room one of the ladies that worked in the store approached me and asked me about the clothes left behind hanging in the dressing room. I told her they were not the clothes I had brought in with me. She said "right...they belong to the lady occupying the dressing room" I was a bit confused at 1st and told her when I approached the dressing room the door was completely open and it was completely unoccupied. I asked if there was a sign up sheet to use the dressing room and she said no just basically implying that I should have known the room was still occupied because clothes were hanging in the room. Then before I could utter another word she held up her hand to shoosh me which I certainly was not raising my voice at all. I was so completely embarrassed that I just turned and walked away trying not to get emotional but I was very embarrassed by this. I put back all of the items that I had intended to purchase which probably would have to totalled about $200. I walked out and cried all the way to my car. It's never been easy for me to shop for clothes as a plus size person and this experience did not help at all. I never will visit this store again. The store worker who reprimanded me should have done her job to shut the door to the dressing room after the lady left to go get more clothes to try on so others like myself would have realized it was actually occupied. This should not have been put on me.

I went in today to return some items I had ordered online. My online order came in multiple shipments so I brought each order and didn't know which one each item went with. They were so helpful, friendly, and fast. I really appreciated the customer service and told them as much. They made something I thought was going to be extremely difficult extremely easy. You just can't get that everywhere these days. Thank you!
