I wrote to them multiple times if I can make a return because of their mistake originally listing the wrong shoes and myself thinking I was getting that one I got another one. All I wanted was a yes or no for the return, and I would have move one. Bad customer service not taking their time to answer their customers.

OMG, I am so glad I stopped in; I visited on my way back to Indiana. The staff was mad cool, helpful and just such a vibe. I picked up a hat and shoes and a friend of mine picked up a couple of shirts.

Gems: Black Owned, in business for 20 years, just dropped a fire collab with Mitchell & Ness, plenty exclusives and patches.

Can’t wait to shop again.

I have been a customer/fan of this brand going on some years now and I don't see that changing any time soon. The staff are some of nicest guys I have ever met and over time I developed a friendship with them. I love the products because even though I no longer live in Chicago when I wear Leaders gear I feel like I am carrying a small part of my roots with me wherever I go. I always look forward to stopping in the shop when I'm home to see my Leaders family and catch up. Keep up the great work.

It's always a family affair here... Great product, great prices, great team and customer service! Diego is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge on everything from Chicago culture and history to all things hip hop! Had to cop the Power to the People tee on this go 'round but still need the Starter jacket on my next visit

Return/exchange policy is not right. They made ZERO effort to find me a pair of sneakers on my size. After 2 months back/forward I imagined they would reimburse me, but NO... after months I was forced to exchange for a hat. Will never step foot over there again
