Lindsay's custom leather design

Lindsay did an awesome job on a complete repair of my Thorogood boots. I wish I had taken a photo of my boots before she worked on them because they looked absolutely horrible. I thought for sure there was nothing she could do, but she made it happen. They're just as comfortable if not more. Her hard work went above and beyond! Thank you so much for saving me another pair of boots.

I dropped off a LV purse to get the purse strap holds replaced and then I was told they would give me a call and an estimate. Around 2 weeks later, I call them and ask for the estimate, and it would take 2 months. Just off the communication principles alone, I picked the bag up! BEWARE before leaving your expensive stuff here.

If I could give negative starts I would. I dropped a BCBG coat off there one year ago to have the leather accents replaced. They originally told me it would take a month and charged me $400. To date I have not received my coat or a refund. My next step is the BBB. Stay away, they have zero customer service and are clearly thief's.

Really great craftsmanship, shoes look brand new. Only complaint was inaccurate time estimate on completion and that I had to call them to find out the shoes were ready, but it all worked out.

Not happy with the service at all. Read the reviews and should had taken their word for it. They told me 2 weeks they would be done. I called a week after just to see if any of the shoes were done by coincidence, since I was going to be out of town, they said maybe all of them will be done later in the day or the next day. I let it be, went on vacation, called them when I came back. The man told me that they were not done yet and it will take more time to finish them. I told him what he had said the previous time and how could he not be done if he, himself had stated that they would be done the next day after I called? I then told him that I would be back on Friday to pick them up, finished or not. I picked up on Friday and my shoe laces were not cleaned at all, my gym shoes are even more dingier than when I dropped them off. From what I gather, this business needs to be more honest with people and be courteous of their time. Wanted to support local small business but not this one.

Thanks team! Fixed my favorite LL Bean boots just in time for all this nasty winter weather. Re-enforced and restitched a few of the crucial seams, and the work looks great! On top of that, cleaned & polished my boots. It's nice to have a local shop like this for high quality leather shoes/ leather work.

I was so so happy with my purse and boots I had fixed by Lindsay's. Excellent work. Took a little longer then promised but everyone is always in hurry, didn't bother me!
