prismatic evolution ETB's, which at MSRP are $60, were being sold for $140. the prismatic evolution binder collection, typically sold for $30, was being sold for $90. singles were being upcharged as well.

a card shop selling at scalper prices is atrocious. please do not buy these as it only encourages this behavior.

The website says certain cards are in stock, but there not. You order them and go to pick them up from the store only to find out you're order didnt get completely filled...this has happened to me multiple times (more then 4). When I asked why this keeps happening I was told the cards im ordering are to "niche" Eventhough the website says they are in stock. In the future you should make sure you're website reflexs what you have in stock (because right now it probably doesnt) Ive also been given the wrong cards before (not usually a big deal) but the last time the price difference was vast lol. I returned the card, but others would not be so honest.

Went in with my family and apparently it was game night. Nobody at the counter, everyone at tables playing. We wait and look around for 5 min or so and finally someone at a table says if we need anything to just holler. If someone would have gotten up to help I was prepared to purchase a few cards but we ended up leaving. Just felt like we were interrupting their games. Felt awkward.

The store was awesome I got paint and Warhammer and Star wars miniatures pretty good price and they were very nice and I had a wonderful time and I will probably order a bunch of stuff off the website

I arrived not knowing a single thing about games such as MTG or Pokemon. I'll admit, before entering I had to mentally prepare myself as it's a completely new realm for me - I felt intimidated for some reason. After brushing off the weird anxiety, I went in and was greeted by Justin with a huge smile and a very friendly tone. Instantly I knew I didn't need to worry.

Justin listened to me when I said I really was clueless on card games and I just wanted something new to try - immediately without hesitation Justin showed his honesty and passion for the community. "Honestly, pick whichever looks the coolest to YOU". I of course decided to try MTG. Again, Justin proving to be an awesome person helped me decide on the best commander pack.

During the checkout process I had a few questions and both Justin and sons of the players at the store at the time happily jumped in to help, there was no judgment, just real honest answers. After that, I was encouraged to come play during one of the commander nights on Fridays, I happily said I would.

Justin, I want to personally thank you for making my night, you really did provide such an excellent experience to a newbie like myself.

Customer service is a huge part of business. When I go in I'm always greeted and they're always helpful with any questions. They have a great selection of collectibles and they seem to always be expanding. Nice, clean facility as well. Thanks!

Nice people, a bunch of options, and prices are actually reasonable compared to other places. Definitely a hidden treasure and my new LCS even though I live 35 minutes away.
